The Estill County Middle School Youth Services Center re-cently sponsored a Family Fun Night. The families enjoyed a full Christmas dinner and made homemade Christmas ornaments together. Parents were also allowed to visit the Secret Santa Shop (sponsored by First Christian Church and Rice Station Christian Church) where they had the opportunity to pick out free gifts for their children. Many ECMS staff members and their families volunteered dur-ing the event. Pictured at right are Andrea Williams and Samantha Rawlins along with Samara Rawlins and Karlie Rawlins who wrapped gifts at our Secret Santa Store. Also at the event was Gina Akers who assisted families in mak-ing Christmas ornaments. (Courtesy of Michael Flynn)
Gwen Hager of Irvine, one of the volunteers of Hos-pice Care Plus, placed a card on the tree during the remembrance ceremony on December 2, 2018.
