About our servicesGrowing older can mean the chance to relax and
enjoy life. For many people, however, growing
older also means suffering the loss of a spouse
or lifelong friend, becoming ill with a chronic
illness, losing financial security or losing physical
capabilities. For some older adults, these situations
can result in stress and lead to depression, anxiety
or other emotional difficulties.
When these difficulties become too severe, one
may experience changes in behavior and/or overall
well-being. Often these changes are ignored,
misinterpreted or believed to be a result of aging,
instead of an illness that responds to treatment.
Health First Senior Behavioral Wellness offers
