Health literacy is flourishing and very important aspect of health care services. Health literacy brings better outcomes for patients. Low health literacy has been consistently associated with higher hospitalization rates, greater use of emergency care, and lower use of screening and vaccination services. But health literacy as a concept has evolved over the years. For example, early conceptualizations focused on functional literacy skills (i.e. ability to read, write, and count). Current discussions have emphasized its multidimensional aspect to encompass a broader range of skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, appraise information critically, and engage actively in society to increase control over the wider determinants of health. To having benefit from health literacy following actions are essentials: - Ensure to provide accurate, accessible, and actionable health and safety information
