Federation UK’s month long series of events and exchanges. The good weather also

Itinerary

24.th May 2016 LONDON

We are proud that, invited by Health Qigong Federation UK, Madam Gao Lan Jie led

the Chinese Health Qigong Association, the International Health Qigong Federation

delegation from May 24, on a tour across the UK to carry out the series of promotions

and coaching events in the City of London, Norwich, Cambridge, Oxford, Birmingham

and other regions including lectures and teaching activities.

2th May 2016 LONDON

The delegation included Madame Gao Lan Jie, the High Commissioner Chinese

Health Qigong Association’s Liaison Department, Master Mei Mo Sheng a famous

Chinese Painter, Professor Wang Yan instructor from Chinese + International Health

Qigong, Chairman of Health Qigong Federation UK Mr. Herman Wang, the

Secretary-General Luo Zhijie. Mr. Xiao Wei met with key public participation and

Ms. Lei Ma Chinese Embassy cultural Office, discussed how to take steps to

popularize and development of health Qigong activities in the UK and other matters.

26th May 2016 - LONDON

Madame Gao Lan Jie led the delegation to meet with London and Partners, on behalf

of the mayor of London Director, on how to carry out the Health Qigong activities in

London. A visit to ExCel, a potential sporting event venue and the surrounding area

were visited, along with visits to the London City Hall.

27th May 2016 – CAMBRIDGE AND NORWICH

Madame Gao Lan Jie led the delegation to visit Cambridge and Norwich City, having a

morning meeting with Dr. Sun Wei, President of the Chinese Association, and the

head of Cambridge Health Qigong in the famous university city of Cambridge, to

discuss the situation and recommendations.

In the afternoon High Commissioner Madame Gao Lan Jie led the Chinese delegation

to attend the Health Qigong Federation UK opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of

Norwich City Health Qigong Association. The opening ceremony was also attended

by Norfolk County Mayor Mr. David Collis and his wife Margaret Collis, and Mr. Nick

Little Council Officer in charge of Norwich,. Mr. Sun Wei, Health Qigong Federation

UK Chairman Mr. Herman Wang, the Secretary-General, Mr. Luo Zhijie, chief

representative of China International Talent Exchange Center, Deputy Director in the

UK Lei Fengyun, chief representative of the Assistant Director Mateo, President of the

Chinese Association of Cambridge, UK, Coach Chester Ms. Xue President of the

Municipal Association of Chinese, English Ladies All-American public school CEO

Eva Zhang, tHealth Qigong Federation UK Technical Director Mr Tony Childs and

Health Qigong Federation UK Secretary Ms Katheryne Gatehouse

28th May 2016 – NORWICH

Norwich UK Health Qigong Association, held Qigong and health-themed lectures in

Norwich The Forum Millennium Library, and invited the famous Chinese painter, and

Taoism health expert and Qigong Tai Chi master Mr Mei Mo Sheng who presented a

wonderful lecture and tuition in Chapelfield Gardens practicing Liu Zi Jue exercises.

The activities of the Health Qigong Federation UK Chairman president Mr Herman

Wang are strongly supported by Chinese Health Qigong Association High

Commissioner Madame Gao Lan Jie who personally led the visit. Professor Wang

Yan helped guide; and Master Mei talked about both qigong and art, and also led and

guided the participant enthusiasts through a full Health Qigong experience, with live

performances and demonstrations. The Health Qigong activities attracted Chinese

fans in Norwich, and also many others - already followers in the nearby city of

Norwich mainstream Qigong. Master Mei lectures and training will be of great benefit

to them.

29th May 2016 – CAMBRIDGE

Chinese Health Qigong famous coach Prof Wang Yan, came to Cambridge Centre

and made "historical development of Qigong exercises and efficacy" as the theme of

the seminar. She described in detail the Chinese Health Qigong Association which

launched nine exercises that demonstrate and teaching the students the health guide

twelve Points Gong, Liu Zi Jue, and endng with a question and answer session.

Professor Wang Yan’s lucid explanations and demonstrations to encouraged

everyone's enthusiasm for learning, after Professor Wang Yan was also invited to

attend the meeting in Cambridge, with overseas Chinese, as many of them want to

continue to learn Qigong.

30th May 2016 16 – BIRMNGHAM

Vice-Chairman of the UK Health Qigong Association, Mr. Lin Jianbang Chairman of

China Federation of Industry and Commerce in Birmingham, UK Wing Wah

Restaurant hosted a meeting of Madame Gao Lan Jie and some members of the

delegation, and the UK Health Qigong organization representatives, and presented

their own books to the members of the delegation. In Birmingham, Mr. Lin Jianbang

also arranged for the Chinese Health Qigong delegation to meet with them and to

work together to help to promote Health Qigong activities in the UK with famous

British Chinese entrepreneurs, Wing Yip Group Chairman Ye Huanrong Senior, and

arranged for a visit to the Wing Yip supermarket

Professor Wang Yan on behalf of the Chinese Health Qigong Association in the

United Kingdom Health Qigong Association headquarters in London had a seminar on

"Qigong’s origin, characteristics and effectiveness," with a lecture and

demonstration of the nine of Health Qigong exercises, focusing on learning the guide

1st June 2016 OXFORD

On the happy occasion of International Children's Day, Oxford successfully held

Chinese Health Qigong teaching lectures and demonstrations. At the invitation of

the British Association of Qigong, Chinese famous Qigong instructor, martial arts and

health expert Professor Wang Yan visited the university city of Oxford, held a seminar

on "Chinese Health Qigong features and functions”. Chairman of the Health Qigong

Federation UK Mr Herman Wang introduced the history and current status of Health

Qigong in the United Kingdom, and the international health Qigong development

.

The City Kangda Fu practitioners did a presentation on the "TCM" . There were

50 participants who came from Oxford, Reading and Texas Berry, Brittany, and other

regions, to attend the lecture. Professor Wang Yan’s exciting introduction lecture

won everyone's praise, and many participants expressed the wish to join immediately

in Qigong activities, and to continue to learn this exercise they loved. Oxford health

Qigong activities Leader Juan, Wanglu Jia said it would continue to plan the next

Qigong lectures and teaching activities.

2nd June 2016 CHISLEHURST

Professor Wang Yan was in Kent for the promotion of teaching, a focus on training as

part of the backbone for Qigong practitioners, who came from a wide background -

from the NHS, private treatment institutions, tai chi schools, health and leisure

industry and the UK National Health Qigong Association representatives from medical

institutions. . Professor Wang Yan presented a wonderful lecture on Chinese Qigong

history and current status, power law characteristics and therapeutic efficacy, ending

with leading all participants to practice Qigong exercises, and received a warm

welcome and thanks.

3rd June 2016 – CHINESE MEDICAL INSTITUTE LONDON

Health Qigong Federation UK and the London Institute of Traditional Chinese

Medicine jointly organized a Health Qigong seminar, with more than 60

representatives from all walks of life who attended the London event. Professor Wang

Yan outlined the characteristics of Health Qigong and introduced the Chinese Health

Qigong characteristics and health benefits, and for their own experiences to show the

Qigong exercises by coaching them in Liu Zi Jue. Professor Wang Yan’s showtime

and patient teaching was highly praised by the participants, many fans hope that Prof

Wang Yan will visit again for more of her professor teaching.

4th June 2016 –LONDON

Health Qigong Federation UK held a seminar and training for regular students in

Greenwich. HQFUK technical director Tony Childs invited Professor Wang Yan to

undertake a series of teaching, research and exchange activities, Prof. Wang Yan

taught four of the forms of Health Qigong. Two students also took and passed their

Level 1 Duan examination in Ba Duan Jin. The day ended with Prof Wang Yan

attending a meal with all the participants, and other social activities with class

members.

5th June 2016 – LONDON

Health Qigong Federation UK and Professor Wang Yan were invited to inspect the

surrounding cities of London community sports and leisure activities and industrial

projects.

6th June 2016 – LONDON

Professor Wang Yan on behalf of the Chinese Health Qigong Association, and the

International Health Qigong Federation was invited to attended the CBBC and led by

the governor of Heilongjiang, who organized more than 60 events in nearby Hyde

Park, meeting people from all walks of life to take part and participate in the Chinese

Health Qigong overseas promotion and development.
