Laddawn Packing List Envelopes are made of 2.0 mil polyethylene, the #1 requested strength for poly bags. These envelopes are tear resistant, to allow over-stuffing and to protect important shipping documents from abrasion and weather. Laddawn offers eleven different configurations, including five sizes in clear face and six sizes printed with “Packing List Enclosed” or “Invoice Enclosed”. The 10” x 12” envelopes are packed 500/case. All other envelopes packed 1000/case.

What is Random Repeat Printing?

Random Repeat printing repeats an image or block of text a specific distance apart. The images may land on perforations resulting in the top of an image on one side of a perforation and the bottom on the next. We guarantee at least one full image per bag.

What is Registered Printing?

Registered printing refers to the defined placement of an image and/or text on a bag. Artwork prints once on each bag, in the same location. Artwork can be single color or multicolor including PMS spot or CMYK process colors for photographic-quality images.

Bags, film and tubing are made through a process called blown film extrusion. It’s where polyethylene is melted and extruded vertically into a bubble which then makes its way downstream to be slit, folded or sealed.

With over 53 extrusion lines in 5 manufacturing facilities, Laddawn produces custom LD and LLD polyethylene bags, tubing and sheeting from 4” to 150” in gauges of 0.75–8 mil. You can choose from 14 stock colors, 4 venting styles and a host of performance additives.

Get started by selecting Poly Bags, and selecting the Wicketed Bag category:

1. Specify your bag dimensions such as width, length and gauge of bag

2. Enter your desired bottom gusset depth

3. Enter your desired lip length

4. Select your desired bag release type, either perforated lip or tear starts

5. Select a wicket length between 3’-6”

6. Select the wicket width (space between wickets) between 3”-9”
