Garment Identification Labels are primarily used to mark, identify, sort and track garments and linens within a laundry processing or textile manufacturing environment. They are commonly applied to uniforms; workwear; career wear; hospital garments; hospital and nursing home linens; nursing home resident garments; and hotel and restaurant linens.

Textile Mending Patches

Textile Mending Patches are used to repair rips, tears and holes that form in various types of uniform, linen and textile products, such as work shirts and work pants; hospital linens and uniforms; nursing home linens; and hotel and restaurant linens. Patches are also used to bind pant hems, to join seems and to apply radio-frequency tags to garments and linens for tracking and sorting purposes.

Compact and portable heat seal machines are a perfect solution for low to medium volume application needs. These manually operated machines are equipped with smaller irons suitable for label, transfer and mending material application. They are available in different model formats, including optional bottom iron heat and automatic release configurations. The machines feature an easy-grip closure handle, and separate analog operating, temperature and timer controls.

QwikTranz™ Transfers can be heat seal applied in a matter of seconds to a wide range of textiles, linens and uniforms. Registration, alignment or guide marks can be added to the designs for continuous, reel to reel heat seal application.
