It should take about 7 lessons.

BUNCH OF 5
The Big Picture!
•Your task will be to: assess how healthy these 4 characters are based on their Body Mass index : BMI
•You will then have to calculate the energy requirements of 1 or more of the characters.
•Then, working as a nutritionist you will have to design a healthy meal for one or more of the characters based on the information you’ve gathered.
Finally you will design a poster on everything you have done in this unit / what you’ve learnt.
Work out their BMI’s using the Formula. Are they underweight,
At an ideal weight or Overweight?
BMI = (WEIGHT IN KG ) ÷ (HEIGHT IN M)²
BMI BTW :18.5 - 25 HEALTHY WEIGHT
BMI BTW :25 - 30 OVERWEIGHT
BMI LESS THAN 18.5 UNDERWEIGHT
* A DIFFERENT METHOD IS USED FOR CHILDREN!
