Crust Ingredients.....
½ cup of almond flour
1 tbsp of almond butter
½ tbsp of raw honey
½ tbsp of coconut oil
¼ tsp of baking powder
Process1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a food processor, blend all of the crust ingredients until smooth.
3. Line a 4 x 4 pan with parchment paper.
4. Press the crust evenly into the bottom of the pan.
5. In a bowl, beat the eggs.
6. With a pastry spatula, stir in all of the filling ingredients.
7. Pour mixture evenly over the crust.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until filling is set.
9. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.
10. Cut into squares.
11. Serve and enjoy!

Filling Ingredients.....
2 small eggs
¼ cup of raw honey
Juice from 3 lemons
1 ¼ tbsp coconut flour
½ tbsp. of grated lemon zest

You can substitute lemon juice with lime juice..

6 slices of bacon
4 ounces of dark chocolate
(75% or higher)
1 tbsp coconut oil/ghee
Process1. Fry the bacon in a pan until it is crisp. Remove from the pan.
2. Heat a saucepan with coconut oil and melt the chocolate.
3. Dip the bacon slices in the chocolate (using cooking thongs).
4. Cool the bacon slices in the fridge for a few minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients...
1 cup of coconut flour
½ cup of almond flour
3 eggs
1 tsp of coconut cream
½ cup of cacao powder
¼ cup of raw honey
3/4 cup coconut milk
½ tsp of baking soda
3 tbsps of pistachios
3 peaches
1 tbsp of coconut oil/ghee
Process1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a pie pan with coconut oil.
3. Cut the peaches into small squares.
4. In beater, whisk the eggs with the coconut cream until stiff
peaks form. Set aside.
5. In a large bowl, mix the coconut flour, almond flour, raw
honey, cacao powder, baking soda and coconut milk.
6. Stir in the beaten eggs and mix until perfectly combined.
7. Fold in the peach pieces.
8. Pour the mixture into the pie mold.
9. Sprinkle pistachios over the pie.
10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the
middle of the cake comes out dry.
11. Serve and enjoy!

1 cup of berries

Process1. Blend all of the ingredients except coconut oil in a food
processor.
2. Heat a pan with coconut oil.
3. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter at a time onto the pan and
cook until it's lightly browned.
4. Cook the other side for another minute.
5. Serve with berries.
6. Enjoy!

½ cup of almond butter
¼ cup of shredded coconut
½ tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp of stevia (or ½ cup of raw honey)
4 ounces of dark chocolate (75% or higher)
Process1. In a food processor, blend almond butter, coconut oil, stevia
and coconut until well combined.
2. Heat a saucepan and melt the chocolate.
3. Put 1 tablespoon of the coconut mixture into each of the 3-4
muffin tins.
4. Pour evenly the melted chocolate on top of each muffin tin.
5. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
6. Use a knife to remove each Almond Butter Chocolate Cup
from the tin.
7. Serve and enjoy!
