How does an unsafe behavior appear?

• When the employee violates a golden rule or a professional practice– due to the team pressure and habits…– due to risk appetite…– due to risk appetite…– …

• Essentially when the perception of a constraint is too high compare to the interest to take a potential risk to avoid it!

Remember NAPO….

To avoid a constraint perceived as too much importa nt , the human Being chooses almost all the time (unless he is particularly exemplary) to take a potential risk (it is not sure that something will happen: accident ...).

And if all goes well the first time, faced with the same situation, the perception of the potential risk will be even lower because it went well the previous time! ...
