WorkgroupsThe Steering Committee identified three cross-cutting areas common to

multiple health focus areas that will result in the improvement of multiple leading health indicators. Workgroups were developed

around each of the three areas and tasked with developing recommendations:

• Reducing and Eliminating Health and Disease Disparities

• System Interventions to Address Social Determinants of Health

• Early Disease Prevention, Risk Identification and Intervention for Women, Children and Adolescents

Action Groups
