Are you familiar with our sales planning system? It’s a simple framework for your dealership and our team to set a yearly sales goal and identify 2-3 steps to help us work closer with you. These plans are reviewed quarterly with our sales team to ensure we are making progress. Our mission? We want to offer you One of a Kind service that exceeds your expectations. We recognize that we can’t do it alone. We need two things:

Your feedback - What would all “A’s” on our customer service grade card look like to you?

Leadership at Grabill to ensure we’re making necessary adjustments.

These two things go hand in hand. That’s why we’ve added two key leaders to our organization; Ken Wilson as National Sales Manager and Don Harvey as Vice President of Operations. These gentlemen will help us acquire clear feedback and lead positive change.

We believe that we truly are creatures of habit. If we want to improve, we need to change our behavior. If we want to change our behavior, we need to develop new habits. Tools like our sales planning system are one way that we’re intentionally developing these new habits for the better.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve your dealership. We greatly appreciate our One of Kind relationship with you.

With an abundance of social media tools at your fingertips, you may find yourself overwhelmed when it comes to choosing which one(s) you should focus on; the number changes almost daily, but there are currently over 200 different social media networks in operation. The key is knowing where your customers are, and focusing your marketing efforts accordingly.

One tool you should definitely become familiar with is Houzz.com. This YouTube video explains why professionals love using Houzz as a marketing tool.

Share Your Portfolio With the World on Houzz

Many of you have dozens of photos (if not hundreds+), showing the projects you’ve worked on through the years. But where do you store these photos? Chances are, they are tucked away into a large portfolio or stored on your

computer, hidden until someone asks to see examples of your work. Houzz.com offers you the opportunity to share these examples with the world – at no cost to you – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Whether homeowners are remodeling a single room or building their dream home, many turn to Houzz for ideas and inspiration, by creating “ideabooks” (similar to tearing out pictures from magazines, these are collections of ideas and designs that are stored for future reference in an individual’s Houzz account). If someone comes across one of your photos and adds it to their ideabook, your information goes along with that photo. This is just one of the many features that Houzz offers designers and showroom managers.

Creating Your Profile

Adding your free Houzz.com profile is easy; your first stop should be the “Houzz for Pros” page. You will learn the proper steps to uploading your photos, organizing projects, engaging in discussions, and so much more. One key feature you don’t want to skip are ‘Reviews,’ which will help you build credibility. Houzz makes it easy for you to ask for reviews from your clients or other professionals (please provide a review for Grabill while you’re on the Houzz site).
