Prosedyren gjelder for avspenningsglding
av hele arbeidsstykket i ovn. Ved lokal
avspenningsglding, eller nr avspennings-
glding skal utfres etter en bestemt kode
eller standard, m spesielle anvisninger
flges.
The procedure applies to stress relief
annealing of the workpiece in the furnace.
In the case of local stress relief annealing,
or when stress relief annealing is to be
carried out according to a certain code or
standard, special instructions must be
followed.
2 GLDESPESIFIKASJON
2 ANNEALING SPECIFICATION
Avspenningsglding utfres i flge
spesifikasjoner gitt p tegning eller p
separat instruks (WPS). Blanketten
(Vedlegg 2), Varme-behandlingsrapport,
fylles ut av ordreansvarlig, og vedlegges
tegning hvis spesiell dokumentasjon kreves.
Stress relief annealing is carried out
according to specifications issued on the
drawing or in separate instructions (WPS).
The form (Enclosure 2), Heat Treatment
Report, is completed by the order
responsible and attached to the drawing if
special documentation is required.

charging the goods,

As a minimum requirement, the
specification must always include the
annealing temperature and holding time.
Recommended annealing temperatures and
holding times for the most common steel
qualities are given in Enclosure 1.
3 UTFRELSE 3 PROCEDURE
Spesifisert oppvarmingshastighet er
maksimal hastighet og m ikke overskrides.
The specified heating rate is the maximum
rate, and must not be exceeded.
Under oppvarmingstiden skal det over
enhver vilkrlig valgt lengde p 4,5 meter
p godset som oppvarmes ikke oppst strre
temperaturforskjell enn 150C.
During the heating time, a temperature
difference not exceeding 150C must be
observed over any chosen length of 4.5
metres on the goods being heated.
I holdetiden skal hele delen vre innenfor
spesifisert temperaturomrde.
During the holding time, the entire part
must be within the specified temperature
range.
Spesifisert avkjlingshastighet er maksimal
hastighet og m ikke overskrides.
The specified cooling rate is the maximum
rate, and must not be exceeded.
Nr fullstendige anvisninger for glding
ikke er spesifisert gjelder i tillegg flgende:
Ovnens temperatur ved innsetting av gods
skal ikke overstige 200C. Oppvarmings-
hastigheten m flge instruksen (WPS).
Godset skal avkjles i ovn ned til 200C.
Fra 200C kan godset avkjles i en ovn
eller i stille luft. Avkjlings-hastigheten i
ovnen ned til 200C m flge instruksen
(WPS)
When full instructions for annealing are
not specified, the following also applies:
Furnace temperature when charging the
goods must not exceed 200C. The heating
rate must follow the instructions (WPS).
The goods must be cooled in the furnace
down to 200C. From 200C the goods
(parts) may be cooled in the furnace or
calm air. The cooling rate in the furnace,
down to 200C, must follow the
instruction (WPS)
Ved glding av flere deler samtidig i
samme charge kan det vre nskelig
avvike fra en gldespesifikasjon. Slike
avvik skal p forhnd vre godkjent av
ordreansvarlig eller av sveiseteknisk avd.
When annealing several parts
simultaneously in the same charge, it may
be desirable to deviate from an annealing
specification. Such deviation must be
approved beforehand by the order
responsible or by welding/material Dept.

Ved alle gldeoperasjoner skal
temperaturforlpet dokumenteres med
gldediagram. Normalt er termoelementer
fast montert i ovn for registrering av ovnens
lufttemperatur.
During all annealing operations, the
temperature curve must be documented
with an annealing graph. Normally,
thermocouples are permanently installed in
the furnace for recording the air
temperature of the furnace.

spesifikasjonen, eventuelt sammen med
antall termoelementer som nskes, og deres
plassering p godset.
When temperature measurement is
required directly on the goods, this must be
indicated in the annealing specification,
possibly together with the number of
thermocouples required, and their position
on the goods.
5 JOURNALFRING OG
RUTINER
5 RECORDING AND ROUTINES
Det skal fres journal over alle deler som
blir gldet. Hver gldeovn har sin journal.
Tegn.nr., ordre- og indeksnr. for alle deler i
chargen registreres i gldediagrammene.
Diagrammene signeres av arbeidsleder og
sendes til TO for arkivering.
A record must be kept of all the parts
which are annealed. Every annealing
furnace is provided with its own record
(logbook). The drawing no., order and
index no. of all the parts in the charge are
recorded in the annealing graphs. The
graphs are signed by the supervisor and
sent to TO for filing.
