3. COORDINATE WALL, ROOF, FLOOR, AND CEILING OPENINGS FOR NEW PIPE AND DUCT RISERS, ANDCONDUIT PENETRATIONS. PROVIDE SLEEVES AROUND EXISTING PIPES AND DUCTS THRU NEWWALL/PARTITIONS.
4. ALL EQUIPMENT, PIPING, AND DUCTWORK SHALL BE SUPPORTED FROM JOIST TOP CHORD, UNLESSOTHERWISE NOTED. DO NOT SUPPORT ANYTHING FROM ROOF DECK.
5. ALL PIPING IN AREAS WITH CEILING SHALL BE RUN CONCEALED ABOVE ACOUSTICAL OR PLASTERCEILINGS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. OVERHEAD PIPING IN SPACES WITHOUT HUNG CEILINGS SHALLBE RUN AS CLOSE TO FLOOR/ROOF DECK AS PRACTICABLE, AS CLOSE TO PARALLEL JOISTS ASPOSSIBLE AND ABOVE LIGHTING FIXTURES TO CONCEAL PIPING.
6. ALL OPENINGS IN PIPES OR FITTINGS SHALL BE KEPT PLUGGED OR CAPPED UNTIL CONNECTED.
7. INSTALL SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF UNIONS/FLANGES IN ALL PIPE LINES TO ALLOW REMOVAL OF PIPESWITHOUT BREAKING FITTINGS. 8. RUNOUTS TO EQUIPMENT SHALL BE RUN IN SIZES INDICATED AND INCREASED OR REDUCED AT POINTOF FINAL CONNECTION TO EQUIPMENT. COORDINATE LOCATION AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENTWITH OTHER TRADES. RUNOUTS SHALL PITCH DOWN IN DIRECTION OF FLOW A MINIMUM OF 1/8" PERFOOT.
9. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ANY REFRIGERANT PIPE SIZES WITH EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER FORTHE INDICATED INSTALLATION.
