Centerline 758 Series Heavy Duty Full Extension Slide
Beforeinstallingtheslides,separatethecabinetanddrawermembers.Notethatthereleasetriggermovesdownwardonthelefthandslide,andupwardontherighthandslide.Note:Firstholeoncabinetmemberis35mmfromfrontedgeofslide.
Install Cabinet Members First:1. ForOverlay Drawer Fronts,alignthefrontofthecabinetmemberwiththe frontedgeofthecabinet.
2. ForInset Drawer Fronts,setbackthefrontofthecabinetmemberthe thicknessofthedrawerfront.
3. Temporarilysecurethecabinetmembertothecabinetwithscrewsinthe frontandback(primary)holes.
Install Drawer Member:4. Alignthefrontedgeofthedrawermemberwiththefrontedgeofthedrawerbox.
5. Secureittothedrawerwithscrewsinthefrontandbackholes.
Assemble the drawer:6. Slidetheintermediatemembertothefrontofthecabinetmember.Connect thedrawerbyinsertingthedrawermemberbetweentheballbearingsand carefullypushingthedraweruntilclosed.
7. Ifnecessary,adjusttheheightofthedrawerbylooseningscrewsfromfront andbackholesandusingtwooftheremainingunusedholes.
8. Whenalladjustmentsarecomplete,installadditionalscrewsinthe remainingholesonthecabinetanddrawermemberstolock theslidemembersinposition.
Caution:Installingtheseslidesrequiresagreatdealofaccuracy.
