A welcome from the Chair of HHP. “Welcome to the latest edition of the HHP Green Book. HHP have once again produced this popular booklet to allow all our stakeholders to see at a glance what works are being done and where. The booklet has been split into ward areas to make it an easy pocket guide for tenants, councillors and HHP staff. We will make every effort to deliver the planned works as stated in this brochure. However, these works can be subject to change and will be reviewed annually. Works could be brought forward or postponed as circumstances change but tenants will always be advised of any major changes at the earliest opportunity. I would like to thank all our tenants, who had work carried out during the last 4 years, for their positive feedback on the improvements they received. Investment Works

IMPORTANT INFORMATION INSULATION HHP will be carrying out insulation works each year. HHP recognise that houses with rooms in the roof space need to be insulated and this will form the basis of our insulation programme. Works may be dependent of funding and availability of suitable materials but all tenants will be in-formed each year as we develop our insulation programme. TIMBER ENTRANCE DOORS HHP are looking to replace all timber doors that were installed by the Comhairle. This work will be carried out over the next 2 years subject to available funding. ENVIRONMENTAL WORKS HHP have an environmental works programme for 2015-18 as shown below:
