Customized powder coating systemsThe history of Rembrandtin Powder Coating GmbH dates back to the year 1930. over 80 years of experience, make the German company a specialist in the production of powder coatings and the leading supplier of powder finishes for the ceramic industry. The core competence of Rembrandtin Powder Coating are individual and environmentally friendly powder coating systems for industrial applications. The tailor-made product solutions open up completely new perspectives for the functional coating of the future: chemically resistant, antibacterial, conductive, thin-layered, non-slip, textured, metallic, or pearlescent - the variety of coating systems is almost unlimited. our own development engineers compose customized system solutions with individual property profiles.

Fast, standardized and efficientEstablished in 1994 Ecopolifix Srl – Socio unico is the youngest company within the Helios Group and is now a leading powder coating manufacturer in the European market. The company's strength lies in the rapid availability of common but also tailor-made powder coating solutions. Specific production equipment, designed and built by Ecopolifix machine technicians, optimize the manufacturing process. moreover Ecopolifix has a warehouse with more than 750 different RAL colors that are always available. at the two production sites in Riese and Tezze, in northern italy, approximately 15,000 tons of powder and PVC coatings are produced annually for application on office furniture, garden furniture, cladding panels, machine tools, valves, heaters, lights, appliances etc.

Fast powders solutions in large quantitiesHelios Srbija a.d. was founded in 1953 under the name “Zvezda” and is now a successful manufacturer of decorative and protective coatings for metal, wood, building materials and road markings. Helios is an expert for rapid and efficient production of large quantities of powder coatings. Both industrial and private customers benefit from the decades of experience of this Serbian traditional company. The product range includes three types of coating systems for indoor and outdoor applications based on different binders: epoxy-polyester, polyester and epoxide.

The All-rounderHelios TBLUS launched the powder coating production in 1999 and has secured, with its traditional brand Color Powder Coatings, a strong position on the international market. The color range is of high variety and includes high-quality powder coatings with different textures, suitable for processing with standard systems or in the low temperature range. All color shades (nCS, RaL design etc.) can be manufactured on customers demand, most colors are kept in stock. with its range of popular and customized powder coatings Helios TBLUS meets the technical and quality requirements for modern finishes. The company is capable of producing both small batches and large series.
