Creative File Delivery ChecklistPlease ensure that creative files meet the following specifications:
Video Files
• Supported format: QuickTime (.mov)• 10 seconds in length• 864 x 480 resolution• 9:5 aspect ratio• 25 frames per second• No larger than 2GB
Static Image Files
• Supported format: JPEG (.jpg)• 864 x 480 resolution• 9:5 aspect ratio
Need to Know• Each advertiser has a 10-second slot within a 60-second loop, ensuring your ad is played every minute• The screens are intended to run full-motion video, animation and live content, allowing for a smooth integration into TV and digital campaigns• The screens are purely visual mediums with no sound• All screens have dynamic capabilities, allowing for tailored content playout based on real-time weather conditions, temperature, economic events or other factors• An 8-point minimum is recommended for any text on the creative
Creative OpportunitiesThere are three main ways of using the format:
1. Creating a single video file, which displays the same content each
time the loop plays (on all four screens)
2. Creating multiple video files which are scheduled to play:- A different version every time the loop changes, maximum
every 10 seconds- By day-part, allowing specific messages for the morning,
afternoon and evening- By day of the week
3. Dynamic feeds that display live data
Hello London Icon: Canary WharfDigital Production Specification
Canary Wharf has four LED screens (two screens back-to-back) suspended from the ceiling in the main ticket hall. These 7.2m x 4m displays are high-impact, premium screens that stream full-motion digital advertising.
Delivery DeadlinesCONCEPT APPROVAL is required 10 working days before the campaign live date
FINAL FILES are required at least 5 working days before the campaign live date
We cannot guarantee the live date of a campaign if the delivery deadlines are not met.
Additional File Delivery & SchedulingAs part of the media booking each advertiser can deliver up to 5 files every 2 weeks without incurring additional charges. Additional files are charged at £100 net each.
If any additional scheduling is required once the campaign has gone live, this will incur a charge of £100 net per format.
Off-peak (evening and weekend) scheduling and costs are also available on request. For further information please contact [email protected]

It is compulsory that all motion video files are tested for luminance andflickering www.onlineflashtest.com; this is not compulsory for static files.
