We want your experience buying and using the DSRF give&Go Prepaid Visa® Card to be simple, consistent and rewarding. Here are some helpful tips:

Use your card as soon as possible to avoid service fees. If a balance still remains on your card 7 months after the activation date, and where permitted by law, a monthly service fee of $2.50 will be charged against the balance remaining on your card. Please refer to the reverse side of the card packaging or visit www.giveandgovisa.com for details. This fee will be charged until the balance on the card reaches $0. If you have any questions about the monthly Service Fee, please call Customer Service at 1-800-698-4966.

Be aware of your balance. If you attempt to use the card when there is insufficientfunds available to cover the full transaction amount, the transaction will be declined. Check your balance by calling the toll free customer service number shown on the back of your card (1-800-698-4966). You can use a second payment method if you want to make a purchase for an amount greater than the remaining balance – simply notify the merchant before completing the transaction.
