FARESTransportation is provided on a first-come, first-served, curb-to-curb reservation system. » Under 60 years of age: $4» 60 & Older: $2

» Rider fares are paid per person, per stop.» Rider fare is to be paid when passengersboard the Transit vehicle.» Exact change is required. Drivers do notcarry change.» We accept cash and checks. Riders will becharged $25 for returned checks and will notbe permitted to ride until the fee is paid.» Drivers are only required to wait five minutesfor a passenger. Failure to show (no-show)will be charged full fare.» Cancelations should be made at least 24hours in advance

CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES» Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited onTransit vehicles.» Any disruptive, abusive, or indecent behavior bythe passenger toward the driver, otherpassengers, or office staff may result in thedenial of future services.» Passengers who have children requiring carseats must provide their own car seat.» Passengers under the age of 18 must beaccompanied by a guardian.» All passengers are required to wear seatbelts atall times.» No more than two packages will be allowed onthe bus. The maximum combined weight ofpackages cannot exceed twenty-five pounds.» All packages/items must be secured.» Drivers may help carry up to two packages, butwill not go beyond the threshold of theresidence or beyond the main entrance ofany building.

ACCESSIBLE SERVICE» Wheelchair and mobility device accessible.» When you call to schedule your trip, pleaselet the operator know of any assistance youmay need with boarding or disembarkingfrom the vehicle.» Wheelchair and mobility device assessmentsare strongly encouraged to ensure the safetyof all riders.» Riders with disabilities may be accompaniedby an attendant or escort free of charge.» Additional companions will be chargedregular fee.» Service animals are welcome.» Henry County Transit is committed toensuring that no person is excluded fromparticipating in or denied the benefits of itstransit service on the basis of race, color,national origin, sex, age, disability, orsocio-economic status.
