*3.Extension of expired rights for non-standard graves will be calculated pro-rata per square foot

*4.Standard graves will accommodate a maximum coffin size of 6’9” x 25”. Child graves will accommodate a maximum coffin size of 2’6” x 12”. Cremated remains plots will accommodate a maximum casket size of 12” x 12

*5.Where a funeral is privately arranged by a parent or person with parental responsibility for a child and that person is resident in the council tax area of Warwick District Council there will be no charge for the burial or cremation of that child. If the person does not live in the Warwick District Council tax area the non-resident fee will apply, this will be claimed from the central government fund where appropriate. Where the funeral is not privately arranged by a parent or person with parental responsibility the non-resident fee will apply, this can not be claimed from the central government fund.

The above cremation fees include:– All professional services relating to the administration and registration of the cremation, in line with statutory regulation.

– The use of our Chapel along with the assistance of a trained staff member on the day of the service.

– The provision of music during the funeral service (please contact the Crematorium for details of our available options).

– The sensitive handling of the cremation in line with environmental legislation.

– The appropriate national environmental levy for mercury abatement.

– The scattering or interment of the ashes within our Gardens of Remembrance, or the preparation for their removal along with the Cremation Certificate.

– Alternatively, we will look after the ashes for an indefinite period without charge.

* Direct Cremation is an unattended service at 8.15am or 8.20am with no mourners present. Direct Cremation (attended) allows a small number of mourners to be present, without a service. The Funeral Director will be required to deliver the coffin to the catafalque with sufficient bearers.
