Commander Submarine Force Pacific Pearl Harbor Hawaii 08/2010 - 10/2011Force Assistant Navigator; Tactical Readiness Team Assistant Navigator; Senior Chief Electronics Technician

Ensured the safe Navigation ability of 55 Submarines across 4 Home-ports in various locations in the Pacific Fleet by

performing 22 navigation evaluations in a 14 month time period ensuring each of the crews were maintaining the highest

possible standards for navigation. Revised all Navigation Regulations for submarines and conducted on site testing with

contractor to facilitate significant improvements in software and hardware for electronic navigation. Oversaw the

acquisition of new Software and Hardware to modernize navigation from paper to electronic systems.

operating submerged for up to 2 months at a time. Revitalized Navigation through historic routes not used since World

War 2; performed deployed operations in the Western Pacific with exceptional results completing 5 projects in a 6 month

time period.
