ZOUnd plUGExperiences are best shared. The Zound Plug is actually not a plug, but rather a socket that allows your friend to plug into your earcap and listen to the same thing as you are listening to.

The EarClick is the result of years of development and simply an ergonomic revolution of in-ear head-phones. The construction is based on securing the position in the outer ear at two opposing points. The advantages of this is primarily a far more ergonomic and comfortable fit that stays in place. The construc-tion also rests at a small distance from the ear canal rather than covering it up which may lead to losses of balance for a significant portion of humanity. The EarClick also comes with seven interchangeable pads guaranteeing a custom fit for any ear. In short, try it and you will never use anything else.

eaR CliCKAll Urbanears products come with two extra cable extensions. We supply these simply because there are no standards out there. Our default plug is a two way construction compatible with a majority of all devices. The four contact point extension is specifically designed for Nokia devices allowing for you to fully utilize the microphone and remote. The other extension is a neutral stereo plug that is preferable with some sources such as stereos, computers, music players and other one way communication devices. The standard plug is fully functional without the neutral extension in many cases but older products may read information differently and this extension is for those cases.

Every headphones we sell is designed to meet and even exceed your expectations. We are dedicated to providing excellent products that use today’s advanced technology. However, as most people realize, electronic products sometimes do have technical difficulties, and sometimes it is due to a manufacturing defect. This is why we offer a one (1) full year limited Premium replacement warranty, from purchase date, against manufac-turer defects on each headphone we sell.

Zound Industries AB hereby warrants that, under normal use, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. At the sole option of Zound Industries AB Authorized Dealers, it will replace the defective product. The limited Premium replacement warranty is valid only if the original proof of purchase issued to the purchaser, specifying the date of purchase, is presented with the product to be replaced.

How does it work? If you believe this product is defective within the limited warranty period, carefully repack the unit and return the product to your authorized dealer, with the original proof of purchase. At the sole option of your authorized dealer, it will replace the product in the case a defect in manufacture or workmanship is identified. In Case your authorized dealer does not have the corresponding model or color in stock, Zound Industries AB will promptly provide a corresponding replacement item at his door to your attention.

This limited Premium replacement warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product, use contrary to Zound Industries AB instructions, ordinary wear and tear, incorrect connection, an act of God or unauthorized repair. Any lawsuit for breach of this limited warranty shall be commenced, if at all, within one (1) year of the date that the claim accrues.

Other than the limited warranty set forth above, Zound industries aB expressly disclaims and excludes all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, relating to the use or performance of the product.

Zound industries aB shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

ONE YEAR LIMITED PREMIUM REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Some states do not permit limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This limited warranty does not restrict the rights of the consumer mandated under applicable laws.

this limited warranty supersedes all other warranties that are associated or included with this product.

This symbol indicates that this product shall not be treated as household waste. Instead it shall be handed over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. This product was produced after Jan 1 2006.
