EPO● El efecto de la EPO aparece entre 2 y 6 semanas
● Iniciar EPO si la Hb <10-10,5 g/dl. Sin embargo, ante s se puede intentar una disminución progresiva de la RBV y usar EPO si la dosis acumulativa de RBV <60-80%
