Saturday, 28th November 2020Day 1 General Training

India Leadership Retreat 2020 set the ball rolling on 28th November 2020 The two day event on 28 th and 29th November stood witness to an exceptional virtual experience by the 4000 plus leaders of Herbalife Nutrition.

The first day of India Leadership Retreat 2020 kicked off with Senior Executive President’s Team, 20 K Ashutosh Mishra hosting the event and welcoming all the speakers.

President Herbalife Nutrition John DeSimmone opened the day by delivering the Corporate update He spoke on the deep impact of global mega trends where he drew attention to certain major concerns of health care He also expounded and shared his views on leadership, unity, teamwork and technology and how they are flagstones on the path to growth and sustainability.

The Guest speaker, Founder’s Circle member Leon Waisbein shared his inspirational success journey and growth with Herbalife Nutrition

Next on focus was Executive President’s Team, 20 K Shyamal Rai who threw light on Profitable Associates and Supervisors and how adapting to change and improving productivity is important in order to sustain a high value customer base.

Post lunch, Founder’s Circle member Leon Waisbein once again took centre stage to illustrate how essential it is to build and strengthen community which is the backbone to grow and nurture a business Followed by a session by 3 panelist GET 2500 Jyoti Arora GET 2500 Payal Jiti and Millionaire Team Kodali Lakshmi Narayana who shared their experiences and success stories.

The General Training session concluded with a surprise session planned for the qualifiers Rahul Dravid Former Captain for Team India and famous cricketer gave an inspiring and motivational talk on leadership He reiterated how important and crucial is for a leader to lead by example.

The first day of India Leadership Retreat concluded with a delightful carnival themed virtual party along with great circus acts and entertainment for the leaders Our Vice President Country Head, Herbalife Nutrition India Ajay Khanna welcomed and congratulated

all for qualifying for the India Leadership Retreat with a big celebration.

All the qualifiers enjoyed and grooved to an incredible and energizing music performance by Ambili Menon.

Day 2 of Leadership Retreat 2020 was hosted by Executive President’s Team, 15 K Snehal Shardul who was extremely delighted to invite the first speaker of the day Country Head and Vice President Herbalife Nutrition India Ajay Khanna.

He delivered the Corporate Update and as always brought in an atmosphere of celebration while he officially launched the Ayurveda line of products vritilife - Ayurvedic Nutrition for Brain Health and Immune Health.

Next on stage was a very special new member of the Herbalife Nutrition family Product Trainer Herbalife Nutrition Dr. Gurmeet Singh who delivered a session and trained the qualifiers on the new range of Ayurveda products vritilife - Ayurvedic Nutrition for Brain Health and Immune Health.

Founder’s Circle Member Leon Waisbein gave an insightful talk highlighting the importance and means of earning production bonus.

Post lunch was another interesting session by International Executive President’s Team, 20 K Prasad Bhat who trained us on leadership skills and how important it is to enhance the skills which help bring stability to business and achieve newer levels.

Next on stage, was Founder’s Circle Member Leon Waisbein who once again engaged the audience with some interesting information on Weight Loss Marathons and their methods of operation He educated the associates on how they work, the challenges that one may come across and ways and means to break barriers.

The day drew to an end with Senior Executive President’s Team, 30 K Ravi Sundaram India Leadership Retreat who delivered an inspirational narrative on Herbalife Nutrition opportunities and how one can make use of all the opportunities to their advantage.

Use the Requalification PLUS report on BizWorks to see your status and your downline Supervisors’ progress.

• Track your progress. Identify your current requalification status and keep track of which of the three methods works best for you.

• Customize your report. Generate a report to track your downline Supervisors’ requalification progress with just one click. Filter and sort the data to view only the information you need.

• Stay connected. Support and congratulate your downline throughout their requalification progress directly from your report.

How to use:

1. Log in to MyHerbalife.com, navigate to BizWorks > BizWorks PLUS and click on Requalification PLUS report.

2. Select your level and click the Refresh button. You will see the My Requalification and Downline Requalification sections.

3. In the Downline Requalification section, click the blue number to display your downline report (as shown below). This will show the volume* required by your downline Supervisors to requalify.

Preferred Customer Period of Inactivity Revision

Dear Preferred Customers,

We would like to inform you that the Period of Inactivity (“POI”) for Preferred Customers has been updated.

Please be advised that we will be implementing the rolling 180-day Period of Inactivity effective from November 19, 2020 (“Effective Date”). This allows any new Preferred Customers to sign a Preferred Customer Application and Agreement (“Application”) under a new Sponsor after completing 180 consecutive days of inactivity (starting from the date of the original Application; or last renewal or last order, whichever is later). This is allowable on a rolling basis while enrolled as a Preferred Customer.

POI for exiting Preferred Customers, prior to the Effective Date, shall governed by their existing

Application.

POI for Associates who convert to Preferred Customer and want to change their Sponsor:

Associates who convert to Preferred Customer and want to change Sponsor must fulfil the Preferred Customer waiting period of 180 consecutive days of inactivity (starting from the date of the original application, last renewal, or last order, whichever is later), as well as the waiting period applicable to the Associateship level at the time of their conversion to Preferred Customer, prior to signing a new Application. These waiting periods may run concurrently, but the later of the two must be fulfilled.

Please note, the POI for Associates remains the same.

ABPC RULE OF THE MONTH

CHAPTER 3: BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

3.1.1 General Compliance

In each country where Associates conduct Herbalife Nutrition business, they must comply with all laws and Rules, including all laws and Rules that pertain in any way whatsoever to the conduct of the Herbalife Nutrition business. Associates are to review these Rules with downline Associates.

In addition, Associates or Preferred Customers may not encourage other Associates to violate the terms of their Associate Application and Agreement, any rules issued by Herbalife Nutrition, or the law.

3.1.2 Associates are Self-Employed

As an Associate, you are a self-employed independent contractor deciding, among other things, your schedule, how much time you wish to devote to your business, your expenses and methods of operation. As an independent contractor, you are not an employee, agent, franchisee, fiduciary or beneficiary of Herbalife Nutrition or any other Associate. As an independent contractor, you will have no rights or benefits that an employee of Herbalife Nutrition may have nor will you make any claim to the contrary.

3.1.5 No Association of Other Organizations with Herbalife Nutrition

Herbalife Nutrition meetings, or any other Herbalife Nutrition-related activities, may not be used as a forum to express personal beliefs unrelated to Herbalife Nutrition or promote any other commercial or non-commercial organization, company, event or individual.

Herbalife Nutrition is an equal opportunity business and does not discriminate because of gender, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, color, age, marital status, medical condition/disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status or political affiliation.

3.1.8 Sales & Marketing Plan Manipulation

Improper practices and other attempts to manipulate the Sales & Marketing Plan are serious violations. This includes teaching or encouraging others to engage in such activities. Sanctions may include termination and loss of earnings and qualifications of the Associateships of anyone involved (directly or indirectly).

Examples of Sales & Marketing Plan manipulation

• Purchasing products in another Associate’s name (except as expressly allowed in the Rules).

• Purchasing products primarily as an attempt to benefit under the Sales & Marketing Plan (as contrasted with the purchase of products in reasonable amounts for the purpose of sales to customers or personal use).

• Discouraging a downline Associate from placing orders as a strategy for the upline to benefit under the Sales & Marketing Plan.

• Teaching or encouraging violation of the Rules or manipulation of the Sales & Marketing Plan.

• Signing up Preferred Customers who are not legitimate retail Customers purchasing for their and their household’s personal consumption.

Examples of improper practices

• Filling out the Application form with false or misleading information.

• Promising an Applicant the Sponsor or upline will provide downline Associates for the Applicant once he or she becomes an Associate.

Revised NutritionClub Rules

Dear Associates,

We would like to inform you that the following Nutrition Club rules has been updated.

• Rule 8.4.1 Registration Process and Rule 8.2.13 Sale of Clubs Prohibited- Now requires that before signing a lease or opening a Club in a non-residential location you must be an Herbalife Nutrition Associate for at least 180 days.

• Rule 8.4.3 Signboard Restrictions and 8.3.3 Advertising- Now includes information a signboard must include in accordance with local law.

• Rule 8.2.1 Fees- Is now provides Nutrition Club Operators with more exibility in determining Club Attendance Fees.

NET BANKING Pay your orders easily through Net Banking

UNIFIED PAYMENTS INTERFACE (UPI) Pay your online orders through UPI

Follow below procedure while paying your Herbalife orders online:

• Log in to myHerbalife.com• Select the product and quantity• Update mandatory details of mobile

number and email ID

• Select the payment option as “Net Banking” and follow the instructions to access your bank account to pay for the order.
