Dandelion (Harilik võilill)

Horsetail (Põldosi)

Useful for: Brittle nails Osteoarthritis Osteoporosis Rheumatoid arthritis Water retention

Calendula (Harilik saialill)

Useful in the treatment of: Eczema Gastritis Minor burns (including

sunburn) Wound healing

Lemon Balm (Meliss)

Useful for: Cold and flu Insomnia Headache Nervousness The crushed leaves help: Heal wounds Insect bites

Simply Peppermint Tea Recipe

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of dried peppermint leaves.

Steep for 10 minutes.

If desired, sweeten with honey or sugar.
