Here are the steps that we follow when logging into the CMS Portal from our house

Step 1: Open the Google Chrome Browser and search “student portal”

Click on Student Portal: Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools

We are now directed to the CMS HomePage (you can start here too…)

Scroll down and click on any of the student portal (NC EdCloud) icons:

We clicked on NCEdCloud Clever, and were then directed to the NCEdCloud Login Page:

At this point, we need our 10-digit Student ID Number and Password:

Username: Password:

Now, we are in the NCEdCloud. We see this screen and all these applications:

To access Virtual Learning via Canvas, click on the Canvas Icon:

For K-3 IPractice, click on the Istation Icon.

For other applications, click on the Clever icon.

Now, we choose from a variety of Online Resources. Just click on the icon that you like:
