We wish to notify you of our intention to apply to the Environmental Protection Agency for an Integrated Pollution Control Licence review for the manufacture or the use of coating materials in processes with a capacity to make or use at least 10 tonnes per year of organic solvents and powder coating manufacture with a capacity to produce at least 50 tonnes per year (Class 12.2.2) at our plant at Shannon Airport, Co. Clare.
This review is being undertaken to facilitate an assessment of the request that exceptions specified in Directive 1999/13/EC be applied to this facility.
A copy of the application may be inspected or obtained from the headquarters of the Environmental Protection Agency, as soon as practicable after the receipt by the Agency of the application for the licence review.
