BEING A BY LAW to authorize the sale of City land
WHEREAS City of Timmins Bylaw No 20086601 establishes procedures for thedisposition of real property asset but under the Municipal Act RSO C25 Section 270
AND WHEREAS Council by Resolution declared certain lands in Tisdale Townshiphereinafter more particularly described surplus to the needs of the municipality
AND WHEREAS it is considered desirable td transfer lands described below to Pierre
Beaucagge hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser to facilitate a general industrialdevelopment on the City lands described below
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the City of Timmins enacts the
following as a Bylaw
1 THAT the Corporation of the City of Timmins does hereby transfer part of the surfacerights of South Part of Lot 8 Concession 1Parcel 10065 Whitney and TisdaleTisdale Township as shown on attached Schedule 1 to Pierre Beaucage for3800 plus HST subject to the following
That the Purchaser shall be required tohirean Ontario Land Surveyor to providea reference survey plan of the subject part
hi That the Purchaser shall be required toconsolidate thesubjectpart with 1080Goldmine Road 6R4643 Part 2
Hi That all expenses related to this I ndpurchase including but net limited to theappraisal survey legal and registration costs shall be the responsibility of thePurchaser and
iv That the Purchaser shall have 6 months to finalize this landtransfer otherwisethis land sale shall be indll and void
2 THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are herebyauthorized to execute the Transferon behalf ofTheCorporation of the City of Timmins in accordance with theprovisions of the Land Titles Act of Ontario
