CITY OF TIMMINS BY LAW NO 2011 7150 BEING A BY LAW to authorize the sale of City land WHEREAS City of Timmins By law No 2008 6601 establishes procedures for the disposition of real property asset but under the Municipal Act R S O C 25 Section 270 AND WHEREAS Council by Resolution declared certain lands in Tisdale Township hereinafter more particularly described surplus to the needs of the municipality AND WHEREAS it is considered desirable td transfer lands described below to Pierre Beaucagge hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser to facilitate a general industrial development on the City lands described below NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the City of Timmins enacts the following as a Bylaw 1 THAT the Corporation of the City of Timmins does hereby transfer part of the surface rights of South Part of Lot 8 Concession 1 Parcel 10065 Whitney and Tisdale Tisdale Township as shown on attached Schedule 1 to Pierre Beaucage for 3 800 plus HST subject to the following That the Purchaser shall be required to hire an Ontario Land Surveyor to provide a reference survey plan of the subject part hi That the Purchaser shall be required to consolidate the subject part with 1080 Goldmine Road 6R 4643 Part 2 Hi That all expenses related to this I nd purchase including but net limited to the appraisal survey legal and registration costs shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser and iv That the Purchaser shall have 6 months to finalize this land transfer otherwise this land sale shall be indll and void 2 THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are herebyauthorized to execute the Transfer on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Timmins in accordance with the provisions of the Land Titles Act of Ontario
