Merger: Heritage Line and Cruise Halong

Dear Valued Partners, Heritage Line is pleased to announce that we are in the final stage of a merger with Cruise Halong. This merger will strengthen our position as a leading cruise company in the Indochina region. We will enhance our already refined service and products, work more efficiently, and achieve a higher client and passenger satisfaction under the single brand name of Heritage Line. Cruise Halong will therefore upgrade its name and operate under the branch office of Heritage Line (Halong). Sales and marketing are now based in the single headquarters office in HCMC for both destinations – Halong Bay and the Mekong. Since the date of 30 July 12, the Heritage Line headquarters office also handle the full reservation process of the former Cruise Halong. E-mail communication has also been changed to one single domain suffix: @heritage-line.com. In the near future, a new common website of Heritage Line will be launched that will include both cruising destinations. The Halong boats (Ginger, Jasmine and Violet), are now part of the unique Heritage Line Collection. They are undergoing a rebranding process at this time.
