We’re looking forward to some great new dishes! If you haven’t bought a cket yet, we are giving away a Samsung table on Christmas Eve. All proceeds will go to our furnace fund. Thank you to Al & Eve- lyn for donang this great prize! Don’t forget to celebrate with you Legion friends at our annual Tom & Jerry party on Christmas Eve. Well, Holiday time is upon us again. Did everyone have a good Thanksgiving? The November breakfast went very well, it’s good to see a lot of people turn out for a great breakfast!

Just a note that we will not be having a meeting in December.

Please pay your dues soon as December 31st is the deadline. As of January 1st, you will not be allowed in the post without paying them.

I hope to see a lot of you at our 200 Club Party on January 26th from 4-8pm. Sammy Slicker will be playing and we will have a chili cook-off too!

The firing squad was not called to provide honors for any Veteran’s funerals during October and November. However, some squad members did assist the County Color Guard at their funeral honors on four occasions.

There are no scheduled events for December or January.

The firing squad is having a recruiting drive. We need more members to provide proper participation for Veteran’s funerals and Legion programs. Con-tact me at 488-9861.

Winter has arrived in Western NY! Our post has made great strides in 2013 but I can’t wait to see where we go in 2014! Have you noticed how busy we’ve been?
