Services Related To House Keeping/Guest House
Introduction:
Housekeeping is not simply keeping house environment clean. But it also provides people with an environment which keeps their spirits in harmony with their surroundings. It means providing a congenial atmosphere with an eye on social/ obligations. It comprises not only home but your office, residential, commercial and entertainment complexes, industrial premises, Govt. offices, Institutes, Laboratories, Hostels & other public places.
Importance of Housekeeping:
It is said that the first impression is the best and the last impression. A clean premises not only impresses a customer, but also gives a feeling of warmth to all the employees which, in turn, increases their productivity and proficiency. The company endeavors to provide a hygienic & perfect housekeeping services in the various fields to:

Our present work force is around 925 all across Gujarat. We have our own independent labour audit team who carries out periodical audits at site so as to ensure our records related to labour & quality issues, which safeguards client’s interest. Strict Compliance of all statutory regulations & provisions related to the Labour Laws.

Dusting and shampoo washing of carpets/upholstery:
Our environment being dusty and polluted, carpets and upholstery are to be cleaned
frequently. Carpets also need shampoo washing at regular intervals to remove dust and dirt.
These will be done by our trained workmen and with proper equipments.
Regarding Cleaning on daily Basis:
Daily cleaning would include sweeping and mopping of the entire area of each floor.
Cleaning of waste paper bins and removing the waste for disposal at appropriate place.
Cleaning of cabins of all officers and staff, corridors and staircases.
Cleaning of toilets and all Bathrooms.
Cleaning of compound and parking place/Sports ground.
Regarding Cleaning on Weekly Basis: Removing of cob webs (Bara, Jalla) from walls and ceilings.
Removing of stains from partition, doors, & floor.
Cleaning of windows including glass pans of common area of mall.
Cleaning of toilets/Bathrooms with environmental friendly chemicals acids and soaps to
remove all stains from floors, basins, and urinals to maintain hygiene.
Regarding Other Maintenance:
Any defect in any electrical instruments or other equipments fitted in the premises will be
reported to the concerned person. M/s Het-Chint Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd. will not be
responsible for any defect except cleanliness of such instruments.
Regarding Manpower:
The company has on its pay-rolls sufficient man power and supervisory staff to smoothly
carry out housekeeping functions.
On Each floor person(s)/janitor(s) shall be provided who will take care of the cleanliness of
entire premises for all the time and shall clean toilets at least as and when required.
Over all Supervision of the work to be done by the above persons shall be carried out by
the company’s supervisors on daily basis.

Our Security Guards has qualities of intelligence, interest, courtesy, intergrity,
motivation and individuals operate under stressful situation and communicate well, they are
capable of handling the entire emergency situation in the most efficient manner, our security
personnel are constantly given refresher training as per client’s requirement.(By OJT) to keep
them updated on the latest security situation and procedures.
Recruitment
The recruitment department of the Company is recruiting man power mainly from
Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. Recruitment is being organized
through District Employment Officers who are conducting ‘ Rozgar Mela’ in their District .We
send our recruitment team to select the candidates as per the criteria fixed for the
candidates.

The basic criteria of the candidates are as under:
1) Age of the candidates should be in between 18 years to 50 years.
2) Minimum educational qualification should be 10th pass in case of Security Guard, 12 pass
in case of Security Supervisor and Graduate in case of Security Officer.
3) He should be physically and mentally fit.
4) Minimum weight should be 50 Kg.
5) Minimum height of the candidate should be 5ft 6 inch.
Training
The newly recruited candidates are given 7 days training. The training is given by Retired Subedar/Subedar Majors of the Indian Army. The training is mainly focused on the following subjects: 1) Drill
2) Duties and responsibilities of the security guard.
3) Conduct and behavior while on duty.
4) Use of fire extinguisher in case of fire accident.
5) Procedure of reporting in case of any untoward incident.
6) First Aid.
7) Procedure of reporting to Police (Tel No 100),
8) Fire Brigade (Tel No 101, Ambulance (Tel No 108).
