Hewlett Packard company (HP) is an American multinational Information Technology

organization that provides hardware and software services to small, medium and large sized

businesses across industries. It also has an extensive range of IT products to offer.

The organization was founded by William “Bill” Redington Hewlett and Dave Packard in 1939.

It was started in a car garage in Palo Alto, California, where today it is headquartered. The first

product of HP was an audio oscillator. Today, HP specializes in developing and manufacturing

PCs, networking hardware, computer storage and delivering services. HP’s product line includes

PCs, servers, networking products, storage devices, software, printers and imaging products. There

1. Dion Weisler :- President & Chief Executive Officer

Dion Weisler is the President and CEO of HP Inc., a ~$55 billion annual revenue business that includes personal computers, mobility devices, technical workstations, printers, graphics solutions, managed-print services and internet services.

Dion began his HP career as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Printing and Personal Systems, Asia Pacific and Japan. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of the business in the region.

With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Dion has held numerous key executive positions across multiple geographies in the IT and telecommunications sectors.

Prior to joining HP, he was the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Lenovo's Product and Mobile Internet Digital Home groups, and led the Global Transaction Model globally. Prior to this, Dion was the General Manager of Korea, ASEAN and ANZ where he was responsible for Lenovo's entire business in these markets.

Prior to Lenovo, he served as General Manager at Telstra Corporation - Australia's leading telecommunications company - where he was responsible for Telstra's Conferencing and Collaboration products and services. He also had a successful 11-year career at Acer, where he was the Managing Director of Acer UK having previously established and operated Acer's business in Central and Eastern Europe as Managing Director of the region.

2. Cathie Lesjak :- Chief Financial Officer

Cathie Lesjak is the Chief Financial Officer for HP Inc. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the company's financial processes including accounting, financial planning and analysis, business decision support, tax, audit, treasury and investor relations.

Since joining HP in 1986, Cathie has served financial leadership roles across the company. Before being named CFO, Cathie served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer, responsible for managing the company’s worldwide cash, debt, foreign exchange, capital structure, risk management and benefits plan administration. Earlier in her career at HP, she managed financial operations for Enterprise Marketing and Solutions and the Software Business. Before that, she was group controller for HP's Software Solutions Organization and managed HP's global channel credit risk as controller and credit manager for the Commercial Customer Organization. She was the interim CEO from August 6, 2010 to November 1, 2010.

Cathie is passionate about education, serving on the board of advisors for RAFT (Resource Area for Teaching). She is also serving on the board of directors for SunPower, a vertically integrated solar

3. Ron Coughlin :- President, Personal Systems

Ron Coughlin is the President of HP Inc.’s Personal Systems Business. This group focuses on PCs, tablets, accessories and other related services for all customer segments and represents a $35 billion annual revenue business for HP.

Ron joined HP in June 2007 as the Senior Vice President of the Imaging and Printing Group (IPG) Worldwide Strategy and Marketing team. In this role, he was responsible for driving global strategy, marketing and planning across all customer segments and global business units.

In 2010, Ron transitioned to lead the LaserJet and Enterprise Solutions global business unit - an organization that spanned consumer to enterprise. In this role, he was responsible for customer offerings that included HP LaserJet printers, supplies, managed print services and enterprise software solutions. Under his leadership, the business gained 4 points of HP share and expanded its Managed Services offering to the channel.

Prior to joining HP, Ron spent 13 years with PepsiCo as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, he led the marketing function for PepsiCo’s International Beverage business with more than $10 billion in system sales - including the Pepsi, 7-up, Tropicana, Gatorade, Aquafina and Sobe brands.

4. Enrique Lores :- President, Imaging & Printing

Enrique Lores is the President of HP Inc.’s Imaging & Printing business, an over $20 billion business engineering ink and laser-based solutions that provide a faster, more affordable, exciting way to print, manage, and realize content.

Within this business is the Solutions group. With a scalable, software-rich foundation, HP provides end-to-end solutions that tie products, services and software together.

Throughout his 26 year tenure with HP, Enrique has held leadership positions across the organization. Most recently leading the Separation Management Office for HP Inc., he executed one of the largest and most complex corporate separations in history.

Previously, Enrique was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Business Personal Systems, where he was responsible for the overall business, including defining product, marketing and sales strategies, end-to-end product development, and business execution worldwide.

Before his Business Personal Systems role, Enrique was Senior Vice President of Customer Support & Services (CSS), providing industry-leading customer care to more than 150 million HP customers, and helping HP develop, build and provide industry-leading service offerings.

Prior to his CSS role, Enrique was Senior Vice President of the Worldwide Customer Services & Sales organization where he defined the sales strategy across multiple sales channels for HP’s Personal Systems business. Enrique also served as Vice President and General Manager of HP’s Large Format Printer business. 5. Stephen Nigro :- President, 3D Printing

Stephen Nigro is the President of HP Inc.’s 3D Printing business. In this role, he is responsible for bringing disruptive innovations to market, leveraging our proven technology and 2D expertise to lead the 3D print market.

Stephen previously served as the Senior Vice President of HP’s Imaging & Printing business, bringing the industry’s leading imaging and printing solutions to market. 6. Stuart Pann :- Chief Supply Chain Officer

Stuart C. Pann is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at HP Inc. In this role, Stu is responsible for the global strategy of manufacturing, procurement, partnerships and socio-environmental compliance for every HP product. HP’s complex supply chain network enables HP to ship 105 PCs, 88 printers and 880 consumables every minute of every day. Stu is an industry expert with more than 33 years of experience driving world-class operations. Prior to joining HP, Stu served as Intel’s Corporate Vice President and General Manager responsible for the company’s microprocessor and chipset operations.

While at Intel, Stu also co-managed the geographic-operations sales teams and served as co-General Manager of customer fulfillment, planning and logistics. His expertise includes short-term and long-term forecasting, pricing and supply strategies and corporate strategic planning processes; as well as performance benchmarking and competitive analyses.Stu holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University.

7. Tracy Keogh :- Chief Human Resources Officer

Tracy Keogh has worldwide responsibility for HP Inc.'s strategic human resources activities, including workforce development and organization effectiveness, benefits and compensation, staffing, global inclusion and diversity, and HR processes and information management.

Prior to joining HP in 2011, Tracy was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hewitt Associates, the world’s largest provider of human resources consulting services. Her accomplishments included creating an award-winning virtual learning and development network, implementing a disciplined global succession planning process, and designing a comprehensive and successful employee engagement program. Previously, Tracy held the top HR job at Bloomberg LP, the financial data, news, and analytics provider. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Tracy was Vice President of Human Resources for Analog Devices, where she introduced a series of new HR programs ranging from a total compensation strategy and global succession planning process to a new employee listening program. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Smith College. She also attended the University of Geneva in Switzerland. Tracy serves on the boards of the Anita Borg Institute and HR Policy Association, and is Chair of the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) Advisory Board at Cornell University. In 2013, she was named a global Top 10 Breakaway Leader in Human Resources by Evanta.

8. Shane Wall :- Chief Technology Officer

Shane Wall is the Chief Technology Officer and Global Head of HP Labs. In this role, Shane drives the company’s technology vision and strategy, new business incubation and the overall technical and innovation community. Shane has been at HP for over 10 years, spanning two waves a decade apart. He has held engineering & management roles leading peripheral development, ASIC development, embedded systems, product and platforms, before moving to Intel. At Intel, Shane spent over 10 years as an executive in the areas of corporate technology, channel platform solutions and mobile communications. He was also directly responsible for ventures and investments during his time with Intel Capital. Shane holds a passion for the start-up community and is an active angel investor, serving on several startup and technology boards. Shane was the co-founder of venture-backed PrintPaks, a pioneer in multimedia imaging.

He is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and has a B.S., Computer Engineering from Oregon State University. He holds multiple patents in the image and compute area.

9. Antonio Lucio :- Chief Marketing Officer

Antonio Lucio is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at HP Inc. As CMO, Antonio leads the global marketing organization, including branding, demand generation, strategic events and global communications for one of the world’s most valuable brands.

He has more than 25 years of global marketing and brand management experience. Prior to joining HP, he spent eight years at Visa, most recently as Global Chief Marketing and Communication officer, responsible for the design and implementation of all global brand & product marketing platforms and corporate communications. Antonio helped guide Visa through their IPO, and created the company’s first-ever global positioning and brand identity system.

Antonio has held marketing leadership and innovation roles at some of the world's most successful consumer packaged goods companies, including PepsiCo Inc., Kraft General Foods, RJR Foods International, and Procter & Gamble.He earned a B.A. in history from Louisiana State University. He was born in Spain, raised in Puerto Rico, and currently resides in San Francisco. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

10. Jonathan Flaxman :- Chief Operating Officer

Jon Flaxman is the Chief Operating Officer for HP Inc., leading the Strategy and Business Management team. In this role, he is responsible for Sales Strategy & Operations, Customer Support, Corporate Strategy, transformational initiatives and infrastructure including IT, Real Estate and Procurement.

Most recently, Jon served as Senior Vice President and CFO for HP’s Printing and Personal Systems Group, driving all financial activities for the organization. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Finance for HP’s Imaging and Printing Group for four years. Jon was also the Senior Vice President and controller of HP during the HP/Compaq merger and initial Sarbanes-Oxley implementation. As the controller, Jon had worldwide responsibility for the company’s accounting and financial reporting activities, and oversaw and managed HP’s financial planning processes, indirect procurement and trade credit and collections organizations. Jon joined HP in 1981 and worked in a variety of controller and finance assignments within HP’s computer business, as well as the former test and measurement business, which was spun off as Agilent Technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a Master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

11. Richard Bailey :- President, APJ Region

Richard Bailey is President of the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Region for HP Inc. In this role, Richard is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and overall financial performance of the HP APJ business, which encompasses personal computers, technical workstations, printers, managed-print services and web services for both commercial and consumer segments. Most recently, Richard was Senior Vice President of Customer Support & Solutions, an organization of more than 12,000 worldwide employees which provides industry-leading customer support and solutions to more than 150 million HP customers. In this role he was responsible for driving innovation in digital support and analytics; managing the daily support operations business; ensuring a range of customers from consumers to large enterprise businesses have access to the complete solutions and services they need and overseeing experience, satisfaction and service delivery to HP customers worldwide.

Richard has held senior leadership positions at both local and regional levels over a 20-year period. He has extensive experience in a variety of fields including product sales and marketing, customer support, supply chain and operation, service and go-to-market delivery as well as commercial financing with small medium businesses and large enterprises across a wide variety of industries. He has also held senior leadership positions at HP and GE, and owned his own business. Richard joined HP in 2006 and has served as Vice President of Customer Support & Services in the APJ region, Vice President and General Manager for the printing group’s south Pacific region and Vice President and Managing Director of HP Financial Services APJ region.

12. Christoph Schell :- President, Americas Region

Christoph Schell is President of the Americas Region for HP Inc. In this role, Christoph is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and overall financial performance of the Americas business across all products, services and go-to-markets.

Most recently, Christoph was the Executive Vice President at Philips, where he managed the Lighting Business in Growth Markets across Asia Pacific, Africa, Russia, India, Central Asia and the Middle East and was based in Singapore.

Christoph has been with HP for over 17 years and has held a number of senior management roles across all three regions; Senior Vice President and Managing Director HP Americas, Chief Operating Officer HP Asia Pacific and Japan, for Printing and Personal Systems; Vice President of HP Inkjet Printing, Web Services and Consumer Go-to-Market Americas and Country Manager Printing South Pacific. Christoph has rich leadership experience managing multiple product lines at the regional and country level.

Christoph started his career in his family’s consumer electronics distribution company and also worked in brand management for a major skin care product at Procter & Gamble based in Frankfurt, Germany.

13. Nick Lazaridis :- President, EMEA Region

Nick Lazaridis is the President of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region for HP Inc. He is responsible for managing all of HP’s operations, growth, and profitability throughout the EMEA region.Nick has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with leadership roles in strategy, sales and operations. Prior to being promoted into his current role, Nick led the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region for HP. Before joining HP, Nick managed regional businesses for AMD, Lenovo, Dell, and Acer.Nick is passionate about people development, education and football. He has a diverse background and appreciation for culture, having lived & worked in Singapore, Japan, United States, China and Australia.

14. Kim M.Rivera :- Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel

Kim M. Rivera is the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel for HP Inc. In this role, she manages the worldwide legal department, responsible for all aspects of legal, government affairs, compliance and ethics. Kim has more than 20 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies on significant corporate transactions, governance matters, securities, compliance, risk management, audit and litigation matters.Most recently, Kim served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for DaVita HealthCare Partners, a Global Fortune 250 healthcare services company. Previously, Kim was the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of International Legal Services at The Clorox Company, where she also oversaw labor and employment counseling and litigation. Before joining Clorox, Kim served as Chief Litigation Counsel for Rockwell Automation as well as General Counsel for its $2B Automation Controls and Information Group.Kim is passionate about giving back to the community. 1. Managing Director, HP Inc. India Rajiv Srivastava :-

Rajiv Srivastava is the Managing Director at HP Inc. India. He is responsible for business performance and growth for the entire portfolio of the group – computing and mobility, imaging and printing products and solutions. Rajiv assumed his current role in November 2015 post the Hewlett-Packard split. Rajiv has also spearheaded HP’s foray into mobility with the launch of HPs Slate VoiceTab in February 2014. Prior to his current role, Rajiv was the Vice President and General Manager of the Personal Systems Group at Hewlett-Packard India.

Rajiv first joined HP in 1997 as a regional sales manager, and has since held various leadership roles in the company.

Rajiv subsequently joined Microsoft India as the general manager for Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG). In 2010, Rajiv re-joined HP as the chief operating officer of HP India. Rajiv holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a Master’s in Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.

Director – SMB and Commercial Channel Personal Systems Group, HP Inc. Gurpreet Brar :- India Sales Pvt. Ltd., APJ Region Gurpreet Brar is the Director, SMB and Commercial Channel at the Printing & Personal Systems Group (PPS), HP Inc. He has the country wide responsibility for strategizing, planning and expanding the SMB business in the company and managing the commercial channel.

Gurpreet assumed this responsibility in December 2010 when he re-joined the company. He has been associated with HP India since 2000. In his prior role, as Country Manager – Volume Direct Business, he managed the commercial part of the business across business units – Personal Systems Group and the Technology Solutions Group. He was also responsible for the revenue generation from the key segments of IT/ITES and BFSI. He has played a significant role in driving channel expansion and marketing programs to increase market reach. Having started his career with Spice Telecom, Gurpreet has held senior positions at Samsung and Pertech Computers.

An electronics engineer, Gurpreet has had a successful career spanning over two decades in the IT and telecom industry.

3. Leo Joseph :- Director, End User Sales and Services, Printing and Personal Services Group, HP Inc. India

Leo Joseph is the Director, Enterprise Sales at the Printing and Personal Systems Group (PPS), HP Inc. India. In this capacity, he is responsible for strategising and leading the sales in India across the Large Enterprise and Government customers for the entire PPS products and solutions portfolio. Leo has been associated with HP Inc. for almost a decade now and has served in several capacities in Mumbai and Singapore. As the Director - SMB Sales, Personal Systems Group, HP APJ region at Singapore in 2009, he was responsible for the overall strategy and programs for increasing profitability in SMB segment for the entire APJ region.

Leo has had a rich and varied career spanning more than two decades. Prior to this, Leo has also had a stint at IBM India for more than two years where as Vice President - Systems X servers, he headed the x86 servers business for India and South Asia.

Leo has pursued an Executive MBA course from the Helsinki School of Economics in Singapore.

4. Raj Kumar Rishi:-senior Director, Consumer Business, HP Inc. India

Raj Kumar Rishi is Senior Director – Consumer Business at HP Inc. India.

Rishi has over 25 years of work experience in area of business management across IT & Consumer Electronics industries in India as well as Asia Pacific region. He has spent overall 20 years with HP in 2 innings. In between, he also spent around 2 years with Samsung India as Vice President and Head of their AV Business (LED/LCD TV) business in India and then their CE retail division.

Rishi first joined Hewlett-Packard in 1993 and has since then managed various functions within the Imaging and Printing Group & Personal System Group of HP in India as well as Asia Pacific region.

Rishi is an engineer by profession. His major hobbies include reading, sports and Yoga.

5. Mona Jain :-head- Strategy and planning, HP Inc. India

Mona Jain leads Business Strategy and Planning for HP Inc. In this role, she is responsible for developing the strategy and business management framework for the Company. She is also responsible for driving business excellence and landing the balanced scorecard for the country.

Mona has been in HP for over 5+ years and has had various assignments in Enterprise and Personal Systems. Before joining HP, she has held various leadership positions in Microsoft, Lucent Technologies and AT&T.

6. Ketan Patel :- Director- Personal Systems Category,HP Inc.

Ketan Patel is the Director of HP Inc.’s Personal Systems Business in India. This group focusses on PCs, Laptops, Tablet, Accessories and other related services for all customer segments across Home & Business.

Patel joined HP in April 2005 and has been associated with HP for 10+ years. During this time he has worked in various capacities in Sales, Marketing, Product & Business Management. He has been key member of HP driving Personal Systems business in last decade.

Prior to joining HP, Patel spent 10 years with Wipro Infotech, Wipro Peripherals & TVS Electronics in Sales holding various positions from Zonal Manager to Sales executive. His role spanned across various customer segments of Home, SMB, Enterprise & Government. He has a rich experience of 20+ years in the industry.

Patel is an Electronics Engineer from University of Pune and holds a 1st rank. He holds a Special Management degree from IIM-Kolkatta and a Graduate Diploma in International Business from Helsinki School of Economics.

7. Parikshet Singh Tomar :- Director-Printing Category, HP Inc.

Parikshet Singh Tomar is responsible for the Printing Category for HP Inc. In this role, he provides leadership and directions for growth for the Print business across all customer segments (Enterprise, Commercial, Consumer) . He is also responsible for meeting all key financial metrics – Revenue, GM and Market share across all categories. Apart from the Category management of Printing products, he is also responsible for the Supplies Go To Market Sales team. Through the Supplies sales team he ensures that we continue to grow our Supplies business through Enterprise, Commercial and Distribution segments.

Parikshet has been in HP for over 15+ years now and has had various assignments in Sales and Category management for the PC, Printer and Supplies businesses giving a very strong understanding and well-rounded experience across all PPS businesses. His last assignment was Director-Consumer Sales, PPS, India.

Parikshet prior joining to HP has spent 6 years in organizations like TATA, Carrier Aircon (United Technologies Group Subsidiary, USA) , and 3M India( Subsidiary of 3M,USA) with job roles spanning Direct/Indirect Sales, Channel management and Key Account management across all customer segments.

Relation Of HP India with Parent Company

The Hewlett-Packard Company (commonly referred to as HP) was an American multinational information technology company headquartered in Palo Alto, California. It developed and provided a wide variety of hardware components as well as software and related services to consumers, small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and large enterprises, including customers in the government, health and education sectors.

The founders developed a management style that came to be known as "The HP Way."
