HFCF is the new generation fan coil of TRANE with energy saving features. It shall be produced with latest low noise level
control technology and advanced production techniques.
ControlThe unit can work with the LCDcontroller TM50, which has thefunction of 2-way valve, energysaving, net control to satisfy differentconditions.
Indoor AirQuality (Option)We can add the IAQ option atthe return plenum, which can killbacilli, eliminate dust andorganic infectant in the air,clean the air of room andimprove the indoor air qualitysignificantly.
Installationand Maintenance easilyThe height of unit is 230mm; it cansave more installation space.Special designed construction makesit easy to change the coil connectionside and maintain the fan blades atthe jobsite.Factory mounted valve can savemuch more time and cost ofinstallation and reduce the possibilityof valve leakage.
DCBL Motor (Option)The DCBL motor has more advantagesthan the AC motor on the efficiency,noise level, energy saving etc.The Unit controller may achieve steplessairflow adjustment according to thedifference of room temperature andinitial temperature by PID calculationwith the fluctuation of 0.5C, andreduce the noise level and energyconsumption as well.
High EfficiencyHigh heat transfer efficiency with newdesign hydrophilic wave fin whichimprove coil ability of the corrosionand water splash protection.Coil tubes are mechanically bonedinto slit aluminum fin collars withadvanced technics to improve thetightness between the tube and fin.
OperatingRangeThe products arecomposed of 9 models ofthe air flow 200-2400CMH.which are much morereasonable to satisfy thecustomers requirements.
InsulationDrain Pan isconstructed from aone piece stampingwith no seam or jointto protect fromleakage.The insulation shall bespecial designed to beperfect. No screwsshall be used on the
drain pan to protectfrom the possibility ofcorrosion.

dynamics test.Motors are of permanent splitcapacitor type of maximum efficiencyand minimum noise with permanentlylubricated, sealed sleeve bearings.Smart construction design andinsulation with good noise eliminationeffect make the unit most lowestnoise level.
