HGCASE GOODS

HG Furnishings warrants to the original purchaser that for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery, case goods will be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship and construction. HG Furnishings will take action to correct the defect through repair or replacement.

This Limited Warranty protects only the original purchaser and applies only when you purchase the product for normal commercial use in a hospitality environment.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXTEND BEYOND THE TWO-YEAR TERM OF THIS WARRANTY.

WE EXCLUDE AND WILL NOT PAY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

HG Furnishings will remedy a manufacturing defect when a notice of the defect is sent within the two-year Warranty period (measured from the date of delivery). When submitting notification, please provide with reasonable proof of the date of purchase. After notification, it may be necessary for HG Furnishings or an authorized agent to arrange for an inspection of your furniture to determine whether or not a defect exists. If a defect does exist, it will be repaired. If HG Furnishings determines that repair is not practicable, you will be supplied with a replacement piece, if available, of the same or similar color, design, style and quality. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality. You will not be charged for any repair services or for the new replacement furniture. If you paid transportation or shipping charges for the original delivery of your furniture, you will not be charged for transportation of warranted furniture to and from the designated manufacturing facility. The repair or replacement of furniture does not extend the duration of the Warranty period nor begin a new Warranty period. In the alternative,


HGThe following reduces and/or voids our responsibility under the Warranty:

1. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

2. Your furniture requires routine maintenance. Keep the furniture clean, dusted and polished with an acceptable furniture polish. This will prolong its life and help preserve its beauty. Proper care and use are also essential to preserving your rights under this Warranty. We will not repair or replace your furniture if damage is caused by improper use, by improper maintenance or by improper cleaning. This Warranty does not apply if product damage results from the use of detergents, cleansers, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents on the furniture.

3. This Warranty does not apply if an inspection by HG Furnishings or an authorized agent reveals that product damage results from abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, including without limitation burns, cuts, tears, s cratches, scuffs, stains and indentations.

4. Because of the craftsmanship involved in each piece of furniture, minor variations can occur from piece to piece. Therefore, this Warranty does not cover such minor differences. 5. This Warranty does not cover damage cause by common carrier.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50% is required prior to production commencing, 25% due prior to shipping, and the balance is due upon delivery.

Orders may be quoted either FOB China port or delivered to jobsite. Please specify at time of quotation. If the order is shipped FOB China, the customer bears full responsibility for shipping arrangements and any fees associated with doing so. If quoted to jobsite, we can arrange for transit and delivery. Upon delivery of goods, all items must be inspected by the receiver. Any damages must be noted on the delivery order or bill of lading.

Returns

Due to the customization of our products, no returns will be allowed. Change or-ders are permitted, but may result in additional charges depending on the production schedule.
