    Standard Operation Procedure

  • INTRODUCTION: Please check the below items and make sure they are in good shape after receiving it.

    1. Tank Lid 2. Inverter 3. Electronic Control Panel 4. Glue Outlet 5. Manual Bypass Valve 6. Filter Assembly 7. Digital Connector For Hose 8. Motor 9. Glue Blocking Valve 10. Glue Leaking Valve

  • 1. ACCESSORIES INSTALLATION PLEASE REFER TO THE PROCEDURE BELOW TO INSTALL --- PROCEDURE OF INSTALLING HEATING HOSE --- 1. Connect the heating hose with the outlet on the manifold and fix it by two spanners. 2. Connect the electronic male plug with the female plug. 3. Do not bend the hose, or it will get damaged easily.

    --- PROCEDURE OF INSTALLING DISPENSING NOZZLE --- 1. Connect the heating hose with the fitting on the dispensing nozzle and fix it by two spanners. 2. Connect the male plug with the female plug.

  • 2.INSTRUCTION OF DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL Please refer to the instruction of each button, indicator and screen as below before operation.

    * Please operate this electronic control panel according to the steps as below. Otherwise, it might not work by wrong operation *

    STEP1: TURN ON/OFF THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL

    1. Press approximate two seconds to turn-on the power.

    2. Press approximate two seconds to turn-off the power.

    PRESS TO START/STOP PUMP

    PRESS TO START/STOP KEEPING TEMPERATURE

  • STEP 2: TIME SETTING

    * Time setting of machine is set according to Taiwan Time before shipment. If the

    machine needs to reset the local time, please change value step by step as below *

    1. After turn-on it, please press to move the indicator on the most top in panel to “G1”.

    2. Then, presses approximate five seconds. Enters the mode of time setting. The panel will

    show H1 on PV. Parameter List

    H1 YEAR (A.D) H2 MONTH H3 DATE H4 TIME H5 WEEK

    3. According to the parameter list on the top, presses to select parameter that you want to adjust.

    4. The parameter that you select will flicker. After presses , using adjusts

    the value. Finally, press to memorize the value that you enter in.

  • 5. Finish setting, and then presses approximate five seconds to go back to original mode.

    STEP 3: AUTOMATICALLY START/SHUTDOWN PANEL This mode is to set the timing to automatically start/shutdown panel. It provides two programs for setting per day, totally fourteen programs per week. You could set the value base on your requirement.

    *The original value for turning-on is at 8:00 am, for turning-off is at 17:00 pm

    before shipment*

    Follow the steps below to adjust value:

    1. Press to move the indicator on top panel to“H1”position. And then press

    approximate five seconds.

  • 2. Press button to enter the mode. And then press to choose which

    program you would like to use for automatically start & shutdown the machine. For example, , 1 (LEFT) means Monday. OP1 means the 1st program to automatically start machine.

    3. After selecting the program you need, press to adjust.

    4. Please press to change value. Finally, press the to memorize the

    value that you set.

    5. Finish setting, please press approximate 5 seconds back to original mode.

    6. If you don’t want to use this function to automatically turn on/off machine, please adjust the same value at the programs and. Just like the pictures below.

    7. To use this function, please press to five seconds to turn on the machine.

  • STEP 4: TEMPERATURE SETTING FOR TANK, HOSE &

    DISPENSING GUN

    * Please note the operation temperature of hot melt adhesive before you start to

    set *

    Follow the steps below to set the temperature of melting tank, hose and dispensing gun . (1) Temperature setting for melting tank:

    1. Press to move the indicator on top panel to“T” position.

    2. Press button, the value on “SV” will flicker. And then press buttons

    to increase & decrease the value that you need.

    3. After adjusting the value, press to memorize the setting value.

    THE INDICATOR WILL BE FILICKING

  • (2) Temperature setting for dispensing gun:

    1. Press to move the indicator on the most top in panel to“G1”position.

    2. Press button, the value on “SV “will flicker. And then use bottons to

    increase and decrease the value.

    3. After adjusting the value, please press button to memorize the setting value.

    (3) Temperature setting for hose:

    1. Press to move the indicator on the most top in panel to“H1”position.

    2. Press button, the value on “SV” will flicker. And then use to

    increase and decrease the value.

    3. After adjusting the value, please press button to memorize the setting value.

  • * Please follow above setting. We have to adjust the value of to zero

    due to are not use at present. Otherwise, It maybe causes the error at

    work *

    STEP 5: PUMP STARTING When the temperature of tank is reached, the dot on the right corner would flicker. It would stop flickering after 60 seconds and then it was allowed to start pump.

    *Please check the HMA in tank is melted completely, before start pump to

    operate. This is to make sure machine is working under right working condition

    1. After 60 seconds, the indicator of pump would flicker. Now it is allowed to press the to start pump.

    2. Press again to stop pumping.

    WHEN THE TEMPERATURE IS REACHED, THE DOT WILL START TO FLICKER.AFTER 60 SECONDS THE PUMP IS ALLOWED TO START

  • STEP 6: HEAT-RETENTION This machine provides a function, heat-retention. Rest time or operator has to leave for a while. This mode can prevent the components being damaged from overheating. Follow the steps as below to retain the heat:

    1. Press to switch mode. The indicator of keeping temperature is going to flicker.

    2. Retaining the heat of tank, use to move the indicator to“T”position.

    3. And press to change the value of tank, use to adjust the value.

    4. Press again to memorize the setting value.

    5. Retaining the heat of nozzle, use to move the indicator on the most top to

    “G1”position.

    6. According to above-mentioned (3.) and (4.) adjust the value of G1.

    7. Press again to cancel this function.

    WHEN THE MODE OF HEAT-RETENTION IS WORKING, THIS INDICATOR IS FLICKERING

  • STEP 7: ADJUSTMENT OF GLUE AMOUNT

    1. Press the to increase the frequency for more glue amount.

    2. Press the to decrease the frequency for less glue amount.

  • MAINTENANCE: 1. There are two hex screws on the backside of the machine. 2. One is for gear-pump maintenance, and the other is for glue leaking.

    Glue Blocking: 1. When disassembling the gear pump for maintenance, the hex screw of glue blocking should be

    clockwise turning to prevent the glue flowing out from the tank. Note: Do not tighten the hex screw, or the glue cannot flow out at work.

    Glue Leaking: 1. If it is have to replace the glue inside the tank, the hex screw could be anti-clockwise turning to leak

    the glue from the hole on the tank bottom. Note: Do not loosen the hex screw at work, or the glue will leak at work.

    FILTER REPLACEMENT: If the glue amount decreases, it may have the carbonization to block the filter. 1. Loosen the fitting by spanner. 2. Take out the filter inside and change the new one. 3. Screw the fitting & filter back.
