Meet the Founders of H&H Science

H&H Science stands for Heather Funk, MBA, and Helen M. Torok, M.D., founders of H&H Science. This mother-daughter duo launched their skin care line over 10 years ago. They shared a dream to blend beauty with science and offer cutting-edge solutions to skin care and hair care concerns. With more than 50 years combined experience in the industry, they were determined to provide products that produce results.

After much research and development, H&H Science was born. The products have proven to be successful and sales have soared. Since its initiation, H&H Science has evolved into an all-encompassing beauty line. From offering medical-grade skin care products and mineral makeup, to now offering a complete H&H Hair Science line containing the most natural ingredients -- H&H Science has something for everyone.

About Heather Funk, MBAHeather Funk, MBA, loves working with clients and helping them look and feel their very best. She is passionate about educating clients on the benefits of H&H Science, and the essential vitamins and nutrients required for healthy hair and skin. Her clients and coworkers inspire her every day and fuel her desire to continue growing H&H Science. Heather is very passionate about her family, including her husband who handles all operations of H&H Science so she can focus on developing the brand; and her son, whom she would love to join the family business when he is ready.

Heather earned her bachelor’s degree at Ohio Wesleyan and completed her master’s degree in business administration at Ashland University.

About Helen M. Torok, M.D. Helen M. Torok, M.D., nationally noted, board-certified dermatologist, has been practicing medicine for over 35 years. She is considered an expert in medical and cosmetic dermatology, earning an excellent reputation in her specialty: diagnosing and treating disorders of the skin, hair and nails.

Dr. Torok earned her doctorate at Ohio State University and completed her residency in dermatology atCase Western Reserve University.
