Hiconics leads product of HID series medium and low voltage VFD all have independent intellectual property rights, and have obtained many inventions and new use of the patents. The company is in the leading position in China in the field of energy feedback/vector control technology, synchronous and large power frequency conversion technology. Products are widely used in coal-fired power, metallurgy, steel, oil, mining, building materials, pharmacy, textile, chemical industry, paper, plastic, machine tool, lifting, wire drawing machine, the urban water supply and other industries and fields, mainly on various kinds of load for speed regulation, soft start and intelligent control, not only can improve the efficiency of working conditions, but have significant energy saving effect, it can not only greatly enhance the function, process, efficiency of customer products, but help customers lower costs, effectively improve the core value of customers.

Our Products
The main product of the low and medium voltage VFD series and explosion-proof VFD is HID low and middle voltage VFD series, which includes general type, high-quality vector type, four quadrant with energy feedback type, crane appropriative type, molding machine appropriative type, petroleum pumping appropriative VFD and water supply appropriative VFD. All of those products have already gained proprietary intellectual property rights, patent of invention and software copyright.
HID520 series four quadrant with energy feedback VFD is a sample of our high quality product. It adopts PWM control-ling rectifier with four quadrant running function, which can meet the need of various speed adjustment and transform the regenerated energy into electric power. It supports beam pumping unit and is convenient for remote monitoring and running examination. It can realize various control methods and protection function, which ensures the pleasant running of the motor and support various bus solution. After Hiconics Yizhuang Factory which is for research and development and production built in Beijing, the company invested 430 million to build the manufacturing base which cover 85 mu (a unit of area) for the research and development of VFD, and this base set up in Optical Valley, Wuhan, mainly focused on research and development, production and sales of high, medium and low voltage and explosion-proof VFD. ● Abundant input/output interface. HMI interface adopt “tuch-button+8 digital tube” operation box. Users parameters are clearly grouped and can be simply changed.
● RS485 physical communication terminal interface, support RTU transport format. It is not only convenient for networking to realize upper system monitor, but also convenient to use PC/PLC.
● Supply optional LED/LCD operation board, support parameter copy function: convenient and quick operation, LCD operation board has parameters quickly copy function, then copy the parameters to other HID600 VFD, and no need reset, without reset, which is convenient for users debugging.

Product Introduction
The design of this product is based on the HID600A series with closed loop vector control
algorithm of the Permanent magnet synchronous motor. The product accumulates an
appropriative control card and can be used in servo motor control in the servo hybrid injection
molding machine. It can accurately control the rating current, pressure instruction, the pressure
feedback signal and the motor speed, which provides the molding machine with enough
prerssure and current to realize on-demand fuel feeding. As a result, the spill losses can be
reduced, which can produce modling machine fast and accurately with energy conservation.
Providing enough motive force to the molding machine automatically, on-demand fuel feeding, reducing the fill losses, conserving electricity 40%~75% comparing with the traditional pump.
Fast dynamic response, bringing in vector controlling technology, improving produc-tion efficiency by solving the problem which production cycle is prolonged with the V/F control.
The distribution technology makes it possible for molding machine to complete more than two actions at the same time, which can shorten the production cycle, thus improve the production efficiency.
The fuel temperature increasing range can be reduced, so that cooling water demand can be cut down and the working life of the hydraulic component can be prolonged.
The overload capacity is strong enough without jumping off under the condition of high pressure injection and heavy load, which doesn’t affect the production and ensure quality of the products.

Our company produces HID619 series specialized servo drive for injection molding machine, according to various requirement of our client. This product is mainly applied to three-phase alternating current asynchronous motor or molding machine with changing frequency motor. This product contains an electric current to voltage converting board and controls the speed of the fuel pump motor through the Proportional flow valve and the current signal of the Proportional pressure valve. The transformation is more convenient and simple because there is no need to change the asynchro-nous motor and the original fuel line.
The motor speed of the traditional quantitative bump molding machine is unadjustable and the input power is unchangeable. What is more, it changes the current and pressure of the system by adjusting the valve. However, after the transformation, the inverter may adjust the motor speed through the controlling instruction and change the output hydraulic fuel current of the pump, on the premise that the injecting requirement is satisfied. As a result, the loss of the hydraulic fuel from the overflow valve to the fuel flowing tank is reduced and the electric power is conserved.

Hiconics introduces crane VFD integrated control cabinet in the way of electrical control with the special inverter, to provide crane overall custom-ized solutions for users according to the needs of different users. The products are both integrated and modularized, with the changing frequency drive of lifting, walking, luffing, rotary and grab bucket, which realizes the integrated frequency control of the main hook and auxiliary hook, especially adding brake unit to lifting mechanism, in order to realize the rapid start stop lifting mechanism. Variable frequency control cabinet can cover all the power inverter, and can be matched with a wireless / wired remote control / cab operation mode.
Traditional controlling method produces hook slipping in the running and stopping moment.
Hook slipping is avoided and shock to the machine is reduced. Meanwhile, efficiency and stability are ensured.
Integration: It has four functions which are lifting, rotation, amplitude and walking. Users can switch these four functions by altering the parameter.
Independently control: Each of those four systems (lifting, rotation, amplitude and walking) are controlled independently, which improves the reality and safety of the system.

Connect the HIB100 braking unit with the direct current generatrix of the general
inverter parallelly, then the voltage of the generatrix will be controlled within appropria-
tive scope. This product is to protect the inverter against frequent overvoltage. This
series of products aren’t related to the inverter, because they are supplied with power
by the direct current generatrix voltage of the inverter and work following the controlling
braking unit of the generatrix voltage automatically. They are conveniently installed and
simply applied, which can be used in immediately stopping, huge load and potential
energy overload.
Power range of adapter converter: 0.75kW~1MW/380V/660V/1140V
Product Introduction:
The braking unit starts to work, when the direct current generatrix voltage of the inverter goes up to the motive voltage of the braking unit. Meanwhile, it costs the regenerative energy of the motor by transforming it into thermal energy, through the externally connected braking resistor. And the braking unit won’t stop working until the ditrct generatrix voltage goes down to the safe scope.
Dc bus power supply, convenient installation: This series of pruducts get electricity through direct current generatrix of the inverter without any external source, which makes the connection simple and the installment convenient.
Simple operation: The braking method of this product is automatically voltage following. It controls the the closing and opening of the chopper automatically without any need of human force.
High stability: The filter inside without any resistor makes it stable.
High security: Perfect protection function: overheating of the braking unit, overheating of the braking resistor, over-current, module shot-circuited protection, acousto-optic alarm indication and fault relay output.
Space saving and capacity expansion: This series of product are structured in book-type, so the space can be saved and the master-slave parallel of the braking unit is allowed.

1、Reduce VFD external conduction and radiation interference;2、Reduce the conducted interference from the power tothe VFD and improve the anti-interference ability of theVFD.

Selection Guide of External Electrical Parts
VFD power on/off operation. Avoid too frequent power-off(less than twice per minute) or starting-up operation through the contractor.
1、Damage the insulation ability of the motor and may destroy the motor if it lasts long.2、Large leakage current which may cause too frequent protection of the VFD. Generally, if the distance between theVFD and motor is over 100m, you’d better add an output AC reactor.
The output side of the VFD generally includes more high order harmonic. When the motor is far from the VFD, It may cause two effects for two reasons:more distributed capacitance in the circuit; high-order harmonic may cause resonance oscillation in the return circuit. These two effects are:
