The Hidden Curriculum in Technology Based Incubator
1.ABSTRACT
The phenomenon of entrepreneurship is transforming the world in all sectors. The research aims to identify the hidden curriculum in the Business Incubator, presenting a Model.
2 . METHODOLOGY
The research is exploratory and qualitative. It is a case study in the Technology Development Center at the University of Brasilia with 6 (six) incubator companies. The method was used a structured interview and observations.
3. RESEARCH QUESTION
Is there a hidden curriculum in the Formation of Entrepreneurs in Technology Based Incubators?
Is possible to proporse a Model Idenfication Hidden Curriculum in Technology Based Incubators?
4. HIDDEN CURRICULUM
The concept of hidden curriculum was employed by Philip Jackson in 1968 for the first time in the book "Life in classrooms" where he observed the student learning in school.
5. HIDDEN CURRICULUM
In this research, the concept in this book Hidden Curriculum: Identity Documents. An Introduction to the Theory of Curriculum by Thomas Silva (2001):"It’consists of all those aspects of the school environment, without making an explicit part of the official curriculum, contribute to implicit social learning relevant, what is learned in the hidden curriculum are: attitudes, behaviors, values and guidelines."
6. ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The term entrepreneur was first time used in 1755 by Richard Cantilon, in his work, "Essai" as someone who organizes and takes risks, aiming to make profits.

ENTREPRENEUSHIP In 1911, Schumpeter, Theory of Economic Development has defined as "responsible for the process of creative destruction, it’s being the fundamental impulse that drives and keeps the capitalist engine in motion, creating new products, new production methods, new markets, overlapping the old methods. "
8. ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The concept of Entrepreneur Business Incubator is defined by Emanuel Leite in his book: The Phenomenon of Entrepreneurship :
"It’s the individual who creates a company to make products or services using high tech, incorporating principles and recent applications of innovative processes, even if not unprecedented."
9 . BUSINESS INCUBATOR
The origin of the Business Incubator occurred in Silicon Valley (USA) to facilitate the creation of product companies and / or services from Universities to the Market.
10 . BUSINESS INCUBATOR
According to ANPROTEC – Technology Business Incubators are institutions linked to universities, governmental sectors or research institutes that provide physical infrastructure, business support, technical support and consulting for start-ups.
11 . CONCLUSION The expected result is the identification of the hidden curriculum in the incubator, by means of a model that can be used by the Incubator’s Manager, as a tool in planning the official curriculum, in order to improve the entrepreneurial learning in the Incubator.
