Providing Legal Litigation Support ServicesWe will vet and select the right lawyer to represent you. We will help your lawyer to aggressively pursue litigation strategies and therapeutic interventions that are logical and economical. We will negotiate the retainer you pay to your lawyer. In most negotiations, your initial retain-er fee will be waived or reduced. Legal fees can frequently be recovered from an opposing party, and our litigation support services are valuable in assisting your lawyer to collect your reimbursable legal expenses. We will review motions and letters drafted by your lawyer, suggest editing revisions when requested to do so, and ensure that your case is properly presented to opposing counsel and to the court. If you have a lawyer that you want to continue to use, just let us know. We will...

• select experts to assist you and your lawyer in court.

• prepare you for custody evaluations.

• help to disqualify and remove any ineffective Mental Health Professional, GAL, Parenting Coordinator, Parenting Consultant, and/or Custody Evaluator appointed by the courts.

• conflict from consideration any unqualified mental health professionals recommended by opposing counsel.

• assist in scheduling 3-way conference calls with your attorney and review problematic issues that need to be resolved, keeping in mind the most cost-effective way to achieve those objectives.

Mental Health Advisory ServicesIn addition to legal litigation support services, we also provide assistance with helping you to find the mental health professionals right for you. We will...

• recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions for individuals and/or family services (e.g. Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Substance Abuse Counseling, Anger Management, Psycho-Education, and Reunification Therapy, etc.).

• request and review the CV’s and Contracts of practitioners being considered for services and verify their credentials.

• vet and select experts for court hearings or for pre-hearing conference calls that can help avoid costly litigation expenses.

Client Consultation ServicesWith 24/7 access, we are available to assist you with any crisis or event that occurs, no matter the time. We will...

• provide consulting services to assist you and advise you on what to do and what not to do, what to say and what not to say, guiding you through each issue and helping you to avoid making mistakes that could make matters worse.

• read text messages and emails you receive from your ex-spouse or partner and draft your replies.

• provide psycho-education services to help you understand the parent-child relational problems relating to your case.

If you answered YES to more than one of the following survey questions then you are now transitioning into a high conflict separation or divorce.

How Will Parental Alienation Affect My Child and Our RelationshipParental alienation is the unjustified rejection of a parent caused by the negative influence of the other parent. The act of turning a child against a loving and bonded parent happens in almost every high conflict separation or divorce and it can happen to children within an intact family. The loss of a parental relationship is most likely to occur in the (mild, moderate, or severe) severe stage of alienation (Darnall, 1999).

PA begins when a parent employs various strategies and repetitive pro-gramming to distort a child’s critical thinking. This parental programming causes a child to wrongly believe a trusted parent is suddenly dangerous and a potential threat to their welfare. Psychological research has conclud-ed that alienated-children will encounter problems with low self-esteem, self-hatred, lack of trust, depression, substance abuse, and PTSD. Most mental health professionals with compe-tency in this relational problem view parental alienation as a serious form of psychological abuse. If you are a targeted parent, you will be extremely challenged by your child’s rejection. Inappropriate responses to this rejec-tion leads to making poor decisions that only make matters worse. A targeted parent should seek the services of a mental health consultant to prevent parenting errors that can cause unintended, supplemental harm.

Parental Alienation Services We ProvideWe will help you to recognize the signs of parental alienation and provide guidelines on how to best deal with it when it occurs. Handling this situation properly is key to helping you maintain a healthy relationship with your child. We will...

• immediately provide specific guidelines on what to say and not say to your child(ren) and how to handle any alienating strategies being employed by your ex-spouse or former partner.

• instruct you whether to continue contact and communication with your child(ren); or suspend all contact until a therapist with special expertise can be vetted and selected to assist.

• help a new spouse or partner understand the parenting parameters that will minimize conflict with the child(ren).

• provide parameters for extended family members to follow whenever they interact with the child(ren).

• review every text and email message you receive from your child and draft the appropriate reply.

• vet and select the right mental health professional(s) to help.

• help prevent your child(ren) from becoming overly empowered to make decisions that undermine your parental authority or interfere with an order of the court.

Why You Need a Mental Health Consultant

1. Your attorney does not have the continuing education training or competency to fully understand the parameters of therapeutic interventions employed by mental health professionals. Nor can they adequately vet or select the right practitioners to address the unique and specific problems in your case. You need a Mental Health Consultant to assist you (and your attorney) in selecting practitioners for treatment and evaluation services.

2. Your attorney does not understand the social science literature regarding parental alienation and other parent-child relational problems, nor are they familiar with social science research on therapeutic intervention outcomes. A mental health professional will be needed to prepare your attorney for discussions with opposing counsel and in knowing when to reject settlement offers that can worsen your family dynamics.

3. Your attorney is unfamiliar with ethical and professional codes of conduct that impact mental health professionals and their ability to accept a referral or be involved in your case.

4. Your attorney is not prepared to correctly litigate issues regarding therapeutic interventions nor correctly vet the credentials of mental health professionals.

5. As a parent, you are at risk of losing a relationship with your child(ren). You do not have the guidance you will need to give the right answers to your children.

6. As a parent, you are at risk of over-reacting or acting out and that can damage your parent-child relationship and your case in court.

7. As a parent, your responses could contribute to your child’s rejection. Reactive behavior can trigger a greater regression in the relationship.

8. Your legal fees will be excessive if you do not have a mental health consultant to guide your attorney into litigation strategies that promote expeditious treatment interventions.

9. Your new spouse or partner and their extended family members want a healthy relationship with your child(ren). These fragile relationships will need the support of a mental health consultant.

10. A mental health consultant can calm you down and help you at times when you feel frustrated, hurt, angry, or depressed; when your lawyer is not available; when a crisis requires an immediate expert to help you; when you feel you have no idea what to do next; when you panic; and when your new spouse or partner feels helpless and hurt. There really is no logic to dismiss the need for the services of a mental health consultant.
