A more efficient HVAC system could make a noticeable difference on your electricbill – and you may qualify for an incentive from Progress Energy Florida of up to$150 per kW reduced, up to a maximum of $75,000.*
The first step is to call us for a free Business Energy Check. During the check, you’llreceive a variety of helpful energy-saving recommendations. In addition, if theHVAC check is recommended for your business during that process, you may alsoqualify for a $150 incentive per kW reduced with new energy-efficient equipment.(Approved systems include very high-efficiency heat pumps and air conditioners, packaged terminal heat pumps and water-cooled and air-cooled chillers.)
More efficient equipment will increase your long-term energy efficiency, impact yourbottom line by lowering your monthly bills, and make your business environmentmore comfortable – thereby increasing productivity and customer satisfaction. And,the HVAC check incentive will help offset the cost of more efficient equipment
installed in your facilities thatwe serve.
Take control of your energycosts today. Call us formore information on theHVAC check and otherenergy-saving services for your business.

*Incentive requirements include
1. All measures must have been recommended during a BusinessEnergy Check or Audit within thepast two years. (Exception: In emer-gency cases, the customer mayhave HVAC equipment installedprior to an audit, but an audit mustbe completed within 30 days of theemergency installation.)
2. The customer must provide copies of invoices, an itemized inventory of equipment installed and AirConditioning and RefrigerationInstitute (ARI) certified efficiency data at Standard Rating Conditions.
3. Small Heat Pumps (< 65,000 Btu/h): A copy of the heating/cooling sizing documentation must be provided.
4. Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps (> 65,000 Btu/h) and Air-Cooled andWater-Cooled Electric Chillers:Cooling and heating load calcula-tions must be performed if thecapacity of the high-efficiency unitdiffers from that of the original unit or if the high-efficiency unit is adding cooling or heating to previously unconditioned space.
Other requirements may apply.
