Tim Green is still leading Category 1&2 on 60 although he was unable to improve his score and the pack are closing in. Carl Vaughan is leading category 3 and Colin Francis is leading category 4+. The winner in each category will receive £25 cash plus breakfast. The runner up will also receive a breakfast kindly donated by Kieran our fantastic chef. Plus Daniel has donated a golf lesson for 3 players. The more cards you submit in the eclectic the more chance you have of winning the lesson. February Medal - 1st & 2nd February The second medal of the year and therefore second qualifier for the Featherstone Order of Merit. Norman won in January, winning 2 sleeves of ProV1’s and therefore is the early leader. It was great to present the prizes for the medal the following weekend. I will aim to do this again in February. 1st - 2 sleeves ProV1’s 2nd & 3rd 1 sleeve each. This Weekends Highlights… Mark Phillips hit a magnificent 74 gross on Sat. Frank Fleming carded three 2’s on Sat. Nine 2’s on Sat compared to none on Sun. 57 birdies this weekend. 39 on Sat & 18 on Sun Paul F, Frank, Craig & Dan L scored 3 birdies in a single round. Carl scored 44 points, Paul F and Andy H 42. The 11th hole was the easiest hole on Sunday averaging 4.13, yet on Saturday was 8th easiest averaging 4.76.
