High-Low Game The day can be full of “highs and lows.” Use this games to start conversation with your children before bed or during meal time. Ask them, “What was the “high” point of your day? Example: Something that was fun to do, something that went well at school, something nice someone said or did for them, etc. Then ask them, “What was the “low” point of your day?” Example: Something that made you feel sad or you wish had happened differently, something that did not go well at home, daycare, or school, etc. This can help children learn to handle changes, disap- pointments, and problems.
