With a TEC UV coating system you can add gloss, matte, satin and textured finishes on stocks from 150 gsm up to 600 gsm. In addition, the coating can extend the life of the printed product by protecting against moisture and general wear and tear.

TEC Models

There are two models available, the Tru Inline and the Tru Autofeed systems.

The Tru Inline system comes with a transfer in line conveyor table that accommodates print from the digital printer to the coater system seamlessly.

With the Tru Autofeed system a 5,200 sheet deep pile sheet feeder is included providing you with the capability to produce long runs offline. The deep file system uses an air suction feeding system that is reliable and effective on a large range of media weights and stocks.

This cost effective coating solution, is also very easy to use. Potential applications include business cards, book covers and sleeves, greeting cards, menus, photos, vivid posters and point of sale material.

Tru AutofeedAutofeed High Speed Prodction UV Coater

The TruCoat Autofeed is a high speed production coater that offers a high production auto feeder with up to 5,200 input sheet capacity. Capable of producing up to 4,800 sph, the TruCoat is the perfect choice for demanding printers. The TruCoat is offered in two configurations to fit your requirements, with a maximum width of 400 mm, with a modular design to allow for added components such as an automatic receding stacker for increased production. Some of the features on the TruCoat include an easy to use touch screen, variable intensity IR lamps and quick change rollers that take only 5 minutes to replace. TruCoat technology can provide your business with the highest possible UV coating available, and is simple enough for anyone to operate.
