The Project

Opening of an International High Performance Sailing Center in Mallorca Island.

Situated between latitude 32º22’20" and 33º7’50" with its longitude between 16º16’30W and 17º16’38"W this island has a very mild average temperatures, 30ºC in the summer and 16ºC in the winter, and a moderate level of humidity, what confer exceptional Mediterrranean features. The seawater temperature is also very mild, presenting averages of 25ºC in the summer and 17º in the winter.

Fast and frequent connections from most important European cities, a rich accomodation offer, a relax and cool island lifestyle, and its all year round gentle wind conditions, make these Islands the perfect sailing destination.

We would like to share our expertised knowledge and teach you the Art of Sailing.




The Team

Xisco Amer – Project Manager

A 39 year old male born and grown in the Mediterranean island of Mallorca. With a degree in Tourism Business Administration and background in different tourism companies has recently developed its entrepeneur potential leading several international projects in both Tourism and Finest Real Estate business. Loves: his family and friends, new challenges and sailing.

Cat FO18’ PRO sailor

A catamaran with two hulls and a deck that is made from a trampoline-like netting stretched between the hulls. This sailing machine, innovative in design and cutting edge in racing ability, can reach exhilarating and yet still provide a great ride flying around on one hull in light winds. The technology used to build a FO18PRO is as cutting edge as the boat design and the build processes employs many of the same construction processes and ideas as a Formula 1 racing car.




The Events

The introduction of this special sport to the local people, specially children, offering a high quality new and unique activity to all our visitors, and helping the promotion abroad of these islands as a first class sailing destination by hosting different national and international events is one of our main goals.

Organising one regatta of the Spanish Catamaran Association, the international F18 world Championship, or even becoming one of the few places in the world that helds the international iShares CUP Extreme 40 Sailing Series are just a few of the many possible events that would help us in achieving those goals.

This events are a meeting point for press, sponsors, sailors, families and friends in where the mix of sport and party develop a unique and healthy atmosphere.

The Boats

The Extreme Formula PRO18Catamaran, the young brother of the Extreme 40, a catamaran with two hulls and a deck that is made from a trampoline-like netting stretched between the hulls. This sailing machine, innovative in design and cutting edge in racing ability, can reach exhilarating and yet still provide a great ride flying around on one hull in light winds. The technology used to build an Extreme 40 is as cutting edge as the boat design and the build processes employs many of the same construction processes and ideas as a Formula 1 racing car.

The Extreme 18 has become one of the most exciting and fastest growing catamaran one-design racing fleets in the world, raced with a crew of two and a spinnaker for down-wind performance. Designed to conform to Formula 18 racing rules, is an ISAF recognized class. It's fittings, hull design and sail shape are the results of the latest developments in sailing technology.
