UNIFILM 3D are pure photopolymer emulsions, specially developed for thick stencils for the textile, ceramic and industrialmarkets. The advantages of UNIFILM 3D in comparison to capillary films and traditional emulsions are amazing:

- High viscosity: Due to their high viscosity, they do not run down or drip during the coating process, allowing the build-up of thick layers without intermediate drying.

- High solid content:It guarantees a low thickness loss during the drying process.

- High definition: Provide sharp edges that are independent of the mesh structure,even for coarse meshes.

- Pre-sensitized: It is not necessary to add any sensitizer. UNIFILM 3D come readyto use and they can be used for over two years.

- Fast exposure: Even for thick layers, the exposure time is very short - it is about ten times shorter than a stencil of the same thickness made witha traditional diazo emulsion.

- Long print runs: They provide longer print runs due to their perfect adhesion tothe mesh.

UNIFILM 3D- For printing thick layers with plastisol, gel, silicone, water and

mineral spirit based Inks.- For stencils up to 1500 µm on meshes with 8 to 43 threads/cm

(20 to 110 threads/inch).

UNIFILM 3D-Light- For printing thick layers with plastisol, water, mineral spirits and

oil based inks.- Wider exposure latitude. Finer details.- For coating up to 800 µm (wet on wet) on meshes with 32 to 90

threads/cm (81 to 230 threads/inch).

UNIFILM 38- Optimal versatility for water based inks and plastisols. - For coating on meshes of 21 threads/cm (81 threads/inch) or finer.- Also for use on CMYK and indexed color processes.

UNIFILM HS- Balanced solids and viscosity to coat on meshes finer than 10

threads/cm (25 threads/inch).- For detailed thick prints for graphic, textile and industr ia l

applications. Resistant to solvent based, UV and plastisol inks.

HB 12 - ABRASIVO Y DESENGRASANTE (PASTA)- Desengrasa y prepara las telas para la aplicación de emulsiones y

películas. Mejor adherencia y mayor durabilidad de la matriz.

CONFECCIÓN DE POSITIVOS Y NEGATIVOSOPAK LASER - REFORZADOR DE IMAGEN (TONER)- Mejora la opacidad de las impresoras a láser.- No altera la resolución de la imagen, ni daña los detalles finos.- Puede ser usado en papel vegetal, láser film o transparencia.

REVELADO DE LA MATRIZHB 70 - ANTI-VELO (COMPLEMENTADOR DE EXPOSICIÓN)- Fija la capa fotográfica ya revelada, evitando la formación de

velos (residuos de emulsión que bloquean el paso de la tintaen las áreas abiertas de la matriz).

- Aumenta la durabilidad de la matriz sin perjudicar el reaprovechamiento de la tela.

- Minimiza los efectos negativos de una eventual sub-exposición.

HB 54 Super, Normal and HR - HAZE REMOVERS - Remove ghost images and ink residues leaving the mesh

or brush (paste).

DECACLEAN MIX (A+B) - MULTIFUNCIONAL SYSTEMFOR SCREEN RECLAIMING - In a single operation removes the ink, decoats the stencil, degreases

the mesh and prevents haze stains.- Flash point above 130°F (55°C). Low evaporation.- Does not damage the mesh.- Low health risks and odor. Biodegradable.

DECAPEX - DECOATER FOR CATALIZED STENCIL- For hard to decoat emulsions. Ready to use. Easy to apply.
