Rooms 2.21 and 2.22 accommodate theatre-style seating for 100 and 50 delegatesrespectively. Combined as a single space, they seat 150 and can be separated byretractable doors: Chairs with writing tables are set-up seminar-style.

Important:• Laptop connection is available in all rooms.• 35mm slide projection is NOT available in the Beehive rooms.• It is not possible to install your own software on any of the PC’s.

Computer Specification:• RM 2.8GHz processor, 512Mb RAM, 80Gb HDD,

3.5” Floppy disk drive, 250Mb ZIP disk, DVD/CDRW,Front USB ports for memory drives.

• The PCs are connected to the campus network and runthe “common desktop” bundle of software. Windows XPProfessional operating system, MS Office 2003 with theusual packages e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access etc.

• Other software includes Windows Media Player, RealOnePlayer, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook etc.
