Indian parents are now ready to send their wards abroad to study high school. Yes, it’s true!
High school abroad sounds adventurous, especially for children in the age 14-19. It’s not the
same with their parents. But now, it’s totally a different scenario. Indian parents are no more
anxious to send their children abroad to study high school as the schools there provide vibrant
combinations of subjects and opportunities.
Another important factor is that our Indian parents are aware that their children get an option to
choose from a wide range of subjects, including music and fine arts.
Here is an article that shows the stats of Indian parents opting high school
abroad for their children.
The main concern of the parents and the children is the exam and the compulsory subject’s
burden. Unlike here in India, there is no undue pressure of board exams on students of Grade
VIII to X in the schools abroad.
The classroom strength that the abroad high schools follow is relatively a small number with 15
to 25 students in a class. This assures the parents that each student will get individual attention
from the faculties.
The highlight of the study is, though studying high school abroad is expensive, there is an
increase in the number of Indian parents sending their children abroad for high school studies.
