HM FLEXT M Series – TPU LAYFLAT HOSE

TPU LAY FLAT HOSE is made of the most durable and strongest thermoplastic polyurethane material through the

weave that made from 100% high tenacity synthetic polyester yarn circular woven and TPU coating fabric consists of

an inner polyurethane layer, a fabric-reinforced layer and an outer polyurethane layer, constructed by co-extrusion tech-

nology through the weave technology.

◆Inner and outer layer is formed by polyurethane elastomers, which is oil resistant, anti-hydrolysis, wear resistant and

ultraviolet light resistant.

◆The fiber reinforced layer is woven by high strength polyester filament that has high tensile and tearing

strength.

Advantages: Light weight, soft texture, bendable and flexible hose structure, easy to transport, abrasive

resistant, high bearing pressure, easily coiled down to 660ft, leakage free, no more joints every 20 or 50 feet length like

conventional pipe (PVC, HDPE, Steel, Aluminum); therefore, less labor, more cost savings and shorter time to finalize

the project with the highest product efficiency. Every 660ft piece of hose gets hydro-tested before release from produc-

tion facility.

HM FLEXTM Series– High Pressure HP-TPU Hose

HIGH PRESSURE TPU HOSE is specially designed for the crude oil transfer and the emergency water drainage at min-

ing site. Super-high wear resistance, long service life can be used at narrow and complicated terrains under extreme

weather conditions as well as earthquake rescue and disaster relief operations, wildfire fighting.

HM FLEXT M Series– SOFT TANK SYSTEM

Frac Water & Chemical Fluid Iron Shelf Tank: Provides the complete solution for liquid containment

for fracturing fluid mixing and water storage on site. Made of TPU coated at both sides through special binding pro-

cess formed by heat-conglutinating and high frequency welding with polyurethane coating cloth fabric and placed in

an iron shelf.

Easy to unfold, remove and transport, easy to load and unload,

Strong in environmental suitability, superior in sealing and non-vulnerable after repeated folding.

Non-toxic, odorless, no pollution to water, hydrolysis resistance, age resistance, long life service., With no

contamination to oil product

In comparison with steel tank, soft tank has the light weight, rust resistance, compact size after folding, easy to

install, minimum labor work needed, good mechanical property, no need of large engineering machinery to set

up, no need of special maintenance. Perfect substitute for traditional steel tank.

Specification: Capacity: 10,560 gallons, Dimensions: 29.1x 6.8x 6.8 feet. Single unit top is open. Customized size

can be manufactured per customer request.

Pillow Tank: Widely used for oil change, oil filtration and oil topping up. An ideal alternative to traditional large

steel oil tanks for large transformer emergency repair. Can be also used for any liquid containment at construction sites and various type of places.

Bladder Tank Storage Fluid Transfer System: The whole system consists of multiple collapsible fluid

tanks, hoses and related accessories. Each bladder is formed by heat-conglutinating and high frequency welding

with polyurethane coating cloth.

Transport Flexible Tank: Applicable to

agricultural vehicle, pickup truck, and flatbed truck. Can be folded, become a compact size and easy storage, and minimize the logistics cost.

Transport all kinds of food grade fluid like water, wines, food additives, juice concentrating agent, liquid medicines, mineral water, sauce, vinegar, malt extract, various sweet water, gasoline, diesel oil, jet fuels, cleaning solvent, brine, industrial water, cleanser, printing ink, , antiseptic, inhibitor, fertilizers, disinfector, etc.

Heli-Transportable Flexible Tank: Octagon shape with light weight. Airflow has little influence to it dur-

ing air hoisting and the flying is very smooth. The heli-transportable flexible tank features certain fall resistance, so it may be unhooked directly and fall on ground from certain height.

Portable Flextank: Can be used as a fuel tank. Light

weight, foldable, wear and impact resistance, odorless, and easy to carry, antistatic property. The outer wall of the tank has passed aphotic fire retardant treatment. Dur-ing usage, the corrugated tube may be screwed off and reversed screwed down to inner side of Portable Flextank.

Onion Tank: Eco-friendly collapsible water storage tank. Open-top or cov-

ered-top type are available. Light weight, odorless, no contamination to water, aging-resistant and compact packaging. Widely used as temporary water reservoir for camping and disaster relief supply.

Spill Containment Berm: The high molecular protective pool may be used with any liquid tank together. If a leakage happens, the protective pool of liquid tank may recover the liquid so as to reduce pollution and save cost.

Earthquake rescue and disaster relief operations, wildfire fighting. Assist for emergency oil, drinking supply when other means are obstructed by landform or transportation condi-tions.

HM FLEXT M Series– SOFT TANK SYSTEM

Oil Containment Boom: Typically suitable for inland and sheltered waters, and is widely used for containing

oil and debris. It is made from PVC or Urethane with round or flat floats, and works in currents up to 2 knots. Snap

hooks and grommets for quick and easy connections are used. In addition, aluminum universal connectors are availa-

ble. Oil containment boom with rectangular floats can be wound onto a reel for rapid deployment. Boom with rec-

tangular floats is referred to as fence boom which is not suitable for towing and sweeping at sea, whereas boom with

cylindrical floats is called curtain boom. Since the curtain boom has a higher buoyancy to weight ratio than fence

boom, it offers better response to waving and towing.

Characteristics: Convenient, foldable, lightweight, ultraviolet resistant, and is suitable for marinas, fire depart-

ments, hazardous materials response teams. Lead weights provide ballast. Any sizes can be customized according to

user requirements.

The Offshore Collapsible System: Con-

sists of TPU hose, marine towable bladders, oil

booms and collapsible oil tank system. Total com-

plete solution that have been used in both offshore

liquid transmission, oil spill cleaning and ocean

Couplings: Victaulic, Stroz, Bolt-on couplings are specially designed for TPU hose and made of aluminum forged

and anodized. Strong, durable structure, very easy to assemble, light weight and easy to repair, safe and re-attachable,

leak free, easy locking system features.

High Pressure Aluminum anodized bolt-on cou-

plings with external steel made locking system.

Can be used from 8”-12” diameter size. Silver/

white or black/gold color available.
