• Generic/Complex needs 2.4 to 11.7%Mental health problems 2.2 to 10.9%
• Older people with support needs >5% of clients for the first time

• 45-54 age range 3.6 to 15.2% 55-64 age range 1.7 to 6.9%
• 16-17 age range 3.4 to 5.1% 18-24 age range 3.6 to 23.8%

• Over half of clients were Not Homeless immediately prior to receiving a service (50.6%)
• Statutorily homeless and owed a main homelessness duty decreased over the period, falling 1.4 percentage points to 15.6% for 2013/14

In terms of service type since 2009/10, clients have most commonly accessed three main service types:
• Floating support 9.3 to 57.4%• Supported housing 1.9 to 25.7%• Direct access hostels 5.4 to 6.4%

• GN LA tenancy 1.8 to 16.5%
• Private sector tenancy 2.6 to 13.7%
• Living with family 2.1 to 12.4%

• 75% of clients indicated they required support to Maximise Income
• The percentage who achieved this outcome rose 2 percentage points over the period since 2009/10 to 92% for 2013/14

• Obtain Paid Work - now in paid work and Obtain Paid Work - in paid work while in service showed percentage point increases over the period, both rising by 4 percentage points to 25% and 31% respectively for 2013/14

• Most outcomes showed only minor or no change over the period (0 or 1 percentage point change)
• Participate in work-like activities, up 3 percentage points over the period to 69% for 2013/14, showed the greatest change

• Most categories in this heading showed marked percentage point increases in those achieving their outcomes (6 to 7 percentage points), apart from clients who required support in gaining access to Aids & adaptations, with no percentage point change over the period, at 90%

• Support in gaining access to Aids & Adaptations was the most indicated need in Outcomes for Long-term services, with over half of clients in 2013/14 (55%), indicating they required support to achieve this (with 98% of those achieving their outcome)
