TYPICAL TIMELINE Two technicians will arrive at 2:00PM to setup equipment. Setup is finished before doors open at 6:00PM

Mingle Magic (cocktail entertainment) will begin at 6:00PM. The 60-minute stage show is at 8:30PM.

Following the show, the equipment is packed up – everything will be out of the venue by 11:30PM.

SUPPLIED

Audio

Two powered speakers are setup on stands, one on each side of the stage. Our technician will operate the audio control equipment from our AV table, along the side of the room.

Lighting

Four theatrical lighting fixtures are used to light the performance area – two on each side of the stage. We’ll use stands to hoist the lights up to 15’ (4.7m) in the air. Nothing will touch the ceiling or walls.

Curtains

Up to 50’ (15.2m) of bright blue (pipe and drape) curtains will line the back edge of the stage.

Insurance

We’re covered by a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy from HKMB HUB International. To request a Certificate of Insurance, please email sam@ptgroup.ca no less than five days prior to the event.

REQUIRED

Chairs

Please provide four (non-folding) chairs without arm rests for use on stage, during the performance.

Staging

Please provide a stage at least 16' (4.9m) wide X 8' (2.4m) deep. We require at least 8' (2.4m) clearance above the stage, and a 4’ (1.2m) gap between the stage and back wall.

If the stage is taller than 12” (.3m) please provide two staircases so it can be easily accessed by guests:

- If the stairs have railings, please place them on both sides of the stage.

- If the stairs do not have railings, please place one in front of the stage (centered) and one stage-right
